I've finally come to the conclusion that my brother,Jace is surrounded by so much idiots. I can't believe that not even a single soul has noticed that Jace is shorter and all those very visible features.

Well, my brother is kind of lean and plus, I've been wearing baggy shirts for the past one week. My very first game is tomorrow. I'm kind of excited because this is going to be my first time playing since a very long time.

Today after class, the guys hijacked me to go watch cheerleaders practice. Apparently, it was their tradition and "good luck charm". They watch cheerleaders practice then they go in for the game the next day and they come back victorious.

Our school, The Lions are going up again The cheetahs from Riverton high. I hate them a lot because they think that they're the best. They're our school's rival and they always collect the national trophy from us.

Every year, a grand tournament is held for schools and they basically just have to win. For the past four years in a row, Riverton High has been winning.

We actually always beat them in regular tournaments like tomorrow's own but they somehow manage to always win the tournament. This year, my school has decided to win one way or another.

Since Jace is coming back soon, it's really none of my business. I just have to get through with it for a month and I'm good to go.

"Dude how are you not getting aroused?" Riley asked when he noticed me not paying attention.

I turned to the cheerleaders and saw them doing some kind of spin and their extremely tiny skirts were flying up. I feel like they were doing it on purpose.

"Because I'm not gay" I murmured under my breath

"What was that?" Riley asked

"Nothing"

"You still haven't answered my question" He said

"Quit bugging me man" I groaned

"Are you feeling alright? You're starting to act like Julian"

Really? I'm trying so hard to be Jace but somehow he's seeing through me.

"I live with her, I've been stuck with her my entire life so it's only fair that she rubs off on me" I quickly answered

"Alright bro" We continued well they continued watched the cheerleaders practice while I thought of what could go wrong tomorrow.

"Are you nervous? Your first game is tomorrow" Darcey said

"Of course I'm nervous. I've never played in front of an actual crowd. Biggest audience I've had is Jace and my aunt" I placed my hand on my hips and zoned out.

"Are you sure you're as good as your brother?" She asked

"Positive, now please help me with the butt pad. The uniform is kind of tight and my brother has an extremely flat butt" I removed the foam from the pad. I needed it to press my butt so that it will look really flat.

I'm not seeing I have a really big butt but I will look too girly in the outfit. I tested it on and it looks believable. I think I can pull this off.

I stared at my reflection in my brother's private locker room.

"Come on Reece, the game starts in a quarter hour's time" Coach Kirk knocked on the door

"I'm coming Coach" I yelled.

I pulled my wig to ensure that it was in place. I put on his helmet and carried his lucky ball.

"You got this Julian. Go out there and be the star you were born to be" I was giving myself some self esteem boost pep talk but my heart froze when I saw the crowd.

I always see the game from the sidelines and bleachers but today I'm seeing it from the field and I just realized, I'm the game. I took a deep breath and walked to where the rest of the team members were.

I'm actually a really tall girl so that's probably why people can't notice that there's something wrong with Jace's height.

"Alright guys, what are going to do?" Andrew asked

"We're going to the field and destroy them" Everyone said in unison

"I said What are we going to do?" He yelled

"Destroy them" I looked away so that nobody will notice that I wasn't saying anything.

"Alright, waddle up guys" Andrew placed the back of his palm in the middle of us. Riley followed then Derek, Antonio and pretty much everyone. I didn't do anything because I think I'm supposed to be the last.

I heard Jace say it once that a team captain starts a team but a QB completes the dream team. I placed my hand when they was no one left.

"Long live The Lions" We all chanted. I know that one, everyone knows that line.

"Well, when you guys are done wasting your time then you come over so that we can start the real deal" The captain of The cheetahs, Emerson said

"Well, you're really an unpleasant fellow aren't you?" I asked

"Oh look it's the QB I always trash, ready to get to some ass kicking" He said

"Sure but just to be clear it's your ass that I am going to be kicking to save you the stress from kicking mine"

Andrew turned to me "What does that even mean?" He asked

"I don't know, gosh that sounded so much better in my head" I groaned

"Alright guys, the game is about to begin. Get in your positions" Coach Kirk said

I went to Jace's spot on the field. I can identify his spot even in my dream. I closed my eyes and bent down. The whistle blew and Riley collected the ball.

"Hike, hut, hike, hike" He threw the ball to me. I caught it almost immediately and started running. I started replaying Jace's lesson in my head.

"Never run around aimlessly. Remember, you have team mates for a reason" I opened my eyes and saw Andrew. I threw the ball to him and he collected it. He dived through all the attacks and threw it to Antonio who caught it in mid air.

He threw it back to me and I ran as fast as I could.

"When you have the final ball, protect it like it's your child"

I grabbed it tight and pushed, rolled over the back and slid under everyone who got in my way.

"TOUCHDOWN" I threw the ball and the crowd went boom.

"Great game" Andrew patted my shoulder after the game.

"You too, you were good out there" I said

I went back to the locker room and hit the showers before I headed back to my new home.
