Gosh, why is the sun so evil? I can never enjoy a good night rest and it's all thanks to the sun. I am so comfortable right now and I don't want to wake up.
I felt something heavy on my chest. I ran my fingers on it and it felt hairy against my fingertips. It was silky and nothing like anything I've felt before.
Wait, what am I running my fingers through? Flashbacks of last night came to my head. Yes, Andrew was having nightmares and I came to meet him.
That means, this silky stuff is his hair. I opened my eyes and my breath hitched when I realized how close we were. His head was on my chest and his arms were wrapped around my waist.
I tried to move quietly from under him without waking him up. I think every akward moment that I've ever had are nothing compared to this. Andrew was staring at me while he was still lying on my chest.
My eyes travelled down to my chest and I regretted wearing this nightie. His body had already dragged it down and it was showing part of my cleavage.
His eyes followed mine and lingered on my chest. My heart started racing and I felt a tingling sensation in the pit of my stomach.
He cleared his throat and stood up from on top of me. I grabbed my robe and wrapped it around myself.
"Sorry" He muttered
I nodded my head and ran into the bathroom. I slammed the door and grabbed my racing heart.
"So you're saying that you're sharing a room with Andrew" Orion asked while we were on the breakfast line.
"Yeah" I grabbed a bun and placed it on my saucer.
"Did you tell Miss Diana?" Darcey asked
"Of course"
"So what did she say?"
"She said something about paying fine for what you break and not being able to change our rooms"
"Well that's messed up, you can come sleep in my room if you want to. I'm sharing with Vicky" Darcey said
"Vicky? That weird walking emo album who only eats carrots? No way"
We sat down and chatted over our breakfast.
I spotted Jace in a corner using his phone and I decided to go meet him. I haven't spoken to him for a while and I don't like it.
"Hey" I sat down beside him
"Oh hey Jules, I just wanted to say that I'm deeply sorry for what I did. I was a jerk and all that"
"Yeah it's cool, Orion told me what you did. I didn't know that you could be such a softie" I hugged him
"You turned me to this mushy mess"
Suddenly, bells started ringing.
"Gather around everyone" Miss Diana climbed a table.
"I can see that you all are having a great time. I asked you guys to come on this cruise so that you can relieve yourself of every of your heartaches. I have made arrangements for you guys to watch movies to help on your assignment. Have fun" She jumped down.
I like her.
Where's Darcey or Orion? I want to go in and watch the movie, whatever movie that's streaming but I can't find them.
I'll have to go in because my greatest pet peeve is turning up ten or more minutes late for a movie. I decided to go in and not wait for them to show up. The lights were already turned off so it was kind of difficult to see.
I saw a spot at the end of the room so I decided to go there. Something or someone tripped me over and I fell flat on the ground.
"Ouch" Some girls burst into laughter and I turned to look at them. It was that snake called Whitney.
I sat up and dusted the invincible dust from my body.
"Need a hand" Someone offered my a hand. I took it without looking up.
"Thanks" I looked at the person and it was Andrew, I quickly removed my hand from his hold.
"There's an open seat beside me, you can come and stay there if you feel like" He said
As much as I don't want to sit beside me, I don't have that much of a choice.
"So what movie are we seeing?" I asked him
He pointed to the screen. I looked at the screen and the title came up.
"Wait, we're seeing The Titanic?"
"Crazy right?"
"How on Earth can we see a movie about a sinking ship while on a ship?" I yelled
"Shhh" People shushed me up.
"They don't seem to care"He whispered" If you don't want to watch, we can get away from here"
"I'm good" I opened a bag of Cheeto puffs and threw some in my mouth.
"That was insane, I got goosebumps when the ship started sinking. Weird thoughts like our ship would start sinking were coming to my mind" I said after the movie ended.
"Guess it wasn't so smart to stream a sinking ship movie on a ship that can sink easily" He chuckled
We sat down on a bench on the docks and enjoyed the view of the beautiful ship.
"Why are you so mean to me?" I asked him
"Huh? You're the one who's mean to me"
"No, I wanted to be friends when I got here but you chose a different path"
"Have you ever thought of maybe I didn't want to be your friend? Maybe I wasn't interested"
He's such a jerk "I do now, thanks for telling me"
I stood up and walked away from him and went back to our room to take my nightwear and all my night gear.
I hate myself because I always try to fix things with him but he doesn't try at all.
