C H A P T E R 36

"Jules, you're not going to believe what happened today" Orion came up to me during lunch.

"Try me" I opened the jar of peanut butter and rubbed it over my bread.

"Hey you guys" Maddie sat down on our table

"Uh, I think you're sitting at the wrong table" Darcey said

"Nah, my world doesn't revolve around Whitney"

"Yeah, your universe does"

She rolled her eyes and offered me a grape to lighten the mood.

"I was in the middle of telling a story" Orion cleared his throat

"Oh right, continue"

"Jace spoke to me today" His eyes lit up

"He did?" I asked

"Yeah and he said he's sorry and all that but he still maintained the fact that he's straight"

"I'm sorry, Are you ok?" Darcey asked

"Yeah, at least I know that I didn't like a jerk"

"Nice story um Orion, Do you mind excusing me for a second?" Maddie said

"Maddie, it's ok, he's our friend too" I said

"I know that but it's girly matter"

"He's gay, he's practically a girl in discussion" Darcey said

"Girl code" She said

"Um, I'll excuse myself" He picked up his tray and walked away.

"You know, that was pretty mean" I said

"Stop looking for a reason to pick up a fight with me and listen up. Andrew suspects Jace, he said that it's like he's two different people all at once and he doesn't understand. You need to fix this"

Oh geez, The one time Andrew decided to be smart and grab things, it wasn't in my favor.

"I'll think of something I guess"

I'll figure something out on our boat cruise.

"Oh my gosh, that is so beautiful" Darcey exhaled when she saw the ship. It is indeed a very beautiful ship.

"Tch, I've seen better" Whitney whipped her hair and cut to the front of the line. This trip is only for three days but Whitney packed like it was for three years.

"Um, Miss Perfect, you do realize that this trip is for two and a half days" Everyone giggled after my statement

"I know but unlike you, I actually have clothes and I take them wherever I want to" She said

"Probably because you've spent all of these semesters wearing one outfit. Why won't you have lots of them?" Everyone burst into laughter.

"The clothes are really short" Darcey said

"I'm sorry and you are?" Whitney said

"Cut it out Whits" Maddie said

"Right she's one of your new loser friends"

"Shut up all of you" Mrs Heisenberg yelled

"Sorry about her, anyways I'll be giving out your room keys so stay on a straight file" Miss Diana said

I silently prayed that she wouldn't put Whitney and I in the same room because both of us won't come out alive. It's either I kill her or she kills me. The chances of the second one happening are way higher than the first one.
