J U L I A N
Gay? Really? Is that Laverne out of his mind or is he just a natural born fool? He claims to be Jace's ex best friend and he still doesn't know his sexuality. He said that Jace is turning gay.
Is that how sexuality works? I have heard that some guys turn gay because they're tired of getting hurt by the women they fall in love with but still, that doesn't mean that Jace can suddenly turn gay.
Jace Anthony Reece, my twin brother, gay? Hahaha, he's like the last person that will ever think of turning gay.
The only thing Jace loves more than me is a free bang with no feelings attached. That's why he's best friends with Maddie. She's had like a crush on my brother since like forever but she's really desperate to get his attention even if it means being his sex toy.
She's like really pretty and I hope that someday, he'll learn to love her like a normal human being.
"You love me?" I turned around and saw a very shocked Maddie standing in front of us and a rather amused Whitney leaning on the door frame.
Oops, Did I just officially ruin Jace's life?
"No, I..um...I" I scratched my head
"I just heard you say that you love me. Tell me that my ears are deceiving me or I am going to loose my mind" She looked so excited
"I..I don't love you ok" I instantly regretted saying that after I did. I don't know if Jace really has feelings for her and now I'm sure that she hates him a lot.
She looked at me with a sad expression then she ran out of the room.
"What the hell Jace?" Whitney yelled and ran after her.
"Dude what gives? You know, I thought you were just turning gay but you're also turning into the biggest jerk alive" Andrew said and walked away.
Everyone else also said some negative things and walked out of the locker room.
Great, now everyone hates Jace. I'm literally the worst. I wanted to look for Maddie but then I decided to give her some space and went home instead.
I opened my locker, well Jace's locker to pick up my textbooks. I saw a small book in the corner and picked it up. I opened it and it was filled with Jace and Maddie's pictures. It went from pictures of them at the movies to them at the beach to them kissing to them hugging and getting all lovey dovey.
I can't believe that I threw all of this away with just one word technically it's more than one word but you know what I mean. I have to fix this and there's only one person that can help me out.
"And why should I help you?" Whitney asked
"Because Maddie is your best friend and the only one you care about" I said
"Yeah but you're the jerk who broke her heart" She said
"I know, which is why I want you to tell me where she is so that I can talk to her" I said
"Sorry lover boy but she's not in school" She gave me a death glare
"So where is she?" I asked ignoring the glares that were drilling holes in my head
"How am I supposed to know?" She asked
"Come on Whitney, just tell me where she is" I said
"She's at home, she called me this morning saying that she won't be coming to school today"
"Thanks" I walked away from her.
I'm glad that I know Maddie's place or else I won't be able to ask anyone because I, Jace has been to her house countless number of times. I pulled up in her driveway and stared at her house. The memories of that night came back like it was just yesterday.
That was my last time with Jace before he left. I really miss that champ and I want him to come back so that I can resume my regular life.
I opened her door and walked in. I was greeted by some of the staffs. Now, I'm going to attempt to find her room. I started walking down the hallway. I opened a few doors but none of them were her room. When I was about to give up and ask a helper, I saw a door at the end of the hallway that was labeled "Keep out".
I rushed down and twisted the door knob and to my surprise it was unlocked. I expected it to be locked because that's what girls do after a break up, such stupid creatures. They lock theirselves up and mop around.
Wait, Am I not a girl? Three weeks pretending to be Jace has really got me talking like him.
I poked my head through the door and saw her on her bed. She was either crying or eating, it's one of the two.
I tried to close the door gently but it jammed and this grabbed her attention.
"What are you doing here? Have you come to embarass me further? Couldn't you wait till I resume or..."
I hugged her. Not as Jace hugging his "best friend" but as Julian hugging a sad friend.
"Maddie, you're a really amazing girl so how can no one love you. You're truly amazing and I can't believe someone like you is my best friend. I may not be in love with you yet but nothing will ever stop me from caring for you" I said.
She sobbed "That's the nicest thing that anyone has said to me" She hugged me tighter
"You're worth all the compliments" She squeezed my bones
"So do you forgive me?" I asked
"Not that easily Mister" She folded her arms
"So what do I have to do?"
"Take me on a date"
"A date?"
"Yeah, it doesn't have to be fancy but I want to go on a date with you"
"Alright then, a date it is"
A date really? A date with Maddie.
Oh my God.
Thanks for this chapter.
