What do you do when you have a play date with your rival?

"Jules, I need you to calm down" Maddie patted my back

"I can't believe that I'm having a play date with Andrew"

"Ok, I know you're freaking out but do you really have to keep calling it a play date?"

"I'll never go on a real date with him so it's a play date"

"Yeah ok, So what are you gonna wear?" She sat on my bed and dug through a bag of Cheetos.

"Ok can you stop eating the most delicious thing on this planet during my dilemma" I groaned

"Want some?"

"Please" She threw the bag at me

"I have absolutely no idea what to wear. When will my makeup be done? This is already seven thirty, we don't have all day" I ate my sorrow away

"Relax, besides I thought you don't care about Drew and this is just a play date to you so why are you getting all worked up?"

"Just because I don't care about doesn't mean I want to look like Mrs Heisenberg. A girl's gotta look great whether on a real date with a real guy or a playdate with a donkey"

"You know, millions of girls would kill to be in your place. You're going on a date with The Andrew Laverne so you should feel like a queen"

"Who cares? It's not like I'm in the arms of Griffin Johnson so why would I feel like a queen"

"Just shut up and bring out a dress in five different colors of your choice" She said

"It's a casual date"

"Oh, I thought it was something fancy. Some black jeans and plaid shirt will do then" She chuckled

"No wonder Jace likes you, you're as dumb as he is" She threw a pillow at me.

I love the way I've been hanging out with Maddie. She's actually a really nice girl.

I called Andrew and we decided to meet at the mall. I parked my car in the lot and went in. I love the mall because I come here with Jace's fully equipped credit card but come out with it broken or completely invalid till further notice.

I have a surprise for Andrew. He thinks he can just be my bestie for a day and go scott free. I have no intentions of making today amazing. I'm going to intentionally wear him and his credit card out. I feel like the credit card own is natural because it's something I always do.

"Hey bestie" I hugged Andrew. He pushed me off almost immediately

"Are you feeling alright? Did you just hug me? There's a catch right? You put a sign on my back didn't you?" He said

"What are you saying, you fool? Aren't you my best friend anymore? I hug my besties all the time so you better get used to it" I winked at him

"So bestie" He made barfing noises "What do you want to do first?"

"Oh, I want to buy a new pair of shoe or maybe shoes" I dragged him upstairs to the shoe store.

"Why aren't you going in?"

"I just realized that I have so much shoes. I want to buy accessories instead"

"Where's the accessory store?"
