What do you do when you're falling head over heels for a guy you hated like a week ago?

It's hard to explain what I'm feeling, I've never felt this way before and I like it. I don't know if I'm ready to go further with him but at least I done want to slit his throne which is pretty good on my side.

"Jace is such a jerk" I groaned "Why can't he be more like Andrew?"

"Um excuse me lovebird, just last week you were calling him a pop scotch and now he's no longer a jerk? Mehn, Cupid's arrow hit you really hard" Maddie said

"Yeah Jules, you need to see yourself in a mirror" Darcey said

"Can we get back to what a jerk Jace is? I'm playing for him and juggling being him with being me and he can't even protect my best friend's feelings" I arranged my books in my locker

"Well you didn't take Orion seriously either when you were Jace and you didn't even bother to tell him the truth" Darcey said

"Oh my God, I am a bad friend. I have to talk to him" I said

"Yeah, I need your biology homework. You're the only person in our class who actually takes assignments seriously" Maddie said.

We giggled

"Uh, What are you doing with this losers?" Whitney came out of nowhere

"Um, nothing" Maddie stammered

"Glad you could Grace is with your presence, Whitney. I know have a reasonable reason to barf sloppy joe all over your cashmere sweater. By the way, I saw that on sale at the mall. You really should shop better you got a loose thread." I pushed my hair off my shoulders

"And Maddie, if you're going to hang with us and still be ashamed then stick to kissing my brother" I grabbed Darcey's hand "Let's get out of here"

"Whoa, what was that all about?" Darcey gasped at my premium level of sassiness.

"I'm just frustrated"

"Yeah, Orion's coming, you should probably go meet him right now" She waved at me.

"Hey you" I said

"Hey" He said in a very low tone and the sadness was evident in his voice.

"I heard what happened, I'm sorry about my brother. He can be a jerk sometimes but he's a good guy-ish. Anyways, I know he didn't mean to be rude to you or bring you down about your sexuality" I hugged him because he had already broken down in tears.

"I just wanted him to just give a regular answer or a smile but I didn't expect him to react like that" My heart shattered seeing Orion like this.

The only time that I've seen him this sad was when his mom was really sick and he thought that she was going to die during her surgery.

"It's going to be ok" I rubbed his back.

People were staring at me and all that but at this point, my reputation didn't matter. Right now, all Orion needs is a true friend.

There's a party at the frat house tonight and honestly, I don't feel like going. Wait, do I ever actually feel like going for party? Parties are kinda lame, I'd rather stuff my face with popcorn and pretzels while keeping up with Attaway General or Total Eclipse.

"Come on Jules, you have to come" Maddie said

"Hello stranger, Are you sure Whitney will like you talking to me, in my room, in my house?" I said

"Look, I'm sorry about how I acted but sometimes it's just best to agree with Whitney"

"Well maybe you should learn how to stand up for yourself"

"It's ok, I don't want to fight with you but you gotta go. Andrew will definitely be there" She said

My cheeks flushed up as soon as she said Andrew "What says I care?"

"Oh uh, someone's blushing"

"I'm not"

"Yeah sure, get up and go get changed"

High school parties are all the same. It's all about alcohol, sex, make out session and gossip. This is one reason why I'm never enthusiastic about parties.

"I gotta run, I think Andrew's upstairs" Maddie pecked my cheek and left. She's cool, sometimes.

"Hey Juliana" Rico threw his arms around my shoulder.

"It's Julian, you fool" I twisted his arm

"Aw, aw, aw" He cried out

"Please leave this chicken alone" Andrew placed his hand on my lower back.

My cheek flushed up and I let him go.

"You should probably try out for a wrestling academy, you'll get in" Rico held his arm in pain.

"I have to go do something upstairs, don't go anywhere" Andrew pecked my cheek and left.

I don't know if it's just me or I've had way too much donuts but I feel like he's been gone since like forever. I climbed the stairs and went to look for his room. He's probably in his room, I've been to his room before.

I just have to figure out which one of this brown doors is his. I saw one that was slightly open and I decided to peek through the space.

What's the worst that can happen? I'll see people having sex. I can already see that even without going to a room.

Honestly, I wish I had just stayed down, I wish I didn't look into this room.

I saw Whitney sitting down on Andrew's lap. She wasn't wearing a shirt and they were making out. I can't believe this guy.

"What the hell?" I yelled

"Julian?" I turned around and ran as fast as I could away from everyone.

"Jules, Jules, wait up" Andrew called out to me. I didn't realize that he'd actually chase all the way down to the street.

"Why should I? Why are you here? Don't you have someone to fuck?" I yelled

"Why are you getting all worked up and upset?"

"Why am I getting upset? I trusted you, I thought you'd changed but I was so wrong"

"It's not like we're dating or there's anything going on between us, Jules"

"You're right, there's nothing going on between us. Don't call me Jules, only people that matter can call me that" I got into my car and drove off.
