J U L I A N

I pulled away from Andrew's arms.

"What's wrong? Aren't you happy to see me?" He asked

"Happy to see you? I left, remember?" I said

"Which is why...."

"Not now, we can have this conversation later"

"What's going on here?" Logan came up to us.

"I'm sorry, Who are you?" Andrew asked

"I'm Logan, Julian's 'best' friend" He emphasized on the word best to show that we were really close.

"Well, I'm Andrew, Julian's" Don't say it, don't say it, please don't say it "Boyfriend"

Grh, he said it.

"Boyfriend? You had a boyfriend? And you didn't tell me"

"I..."

"Save it, enjoy your boyfriend's company, I'm out of here" He walked away from me.

"Well, I hope you're happy" I said

"Of course I'm happy, he's obviously been hitting on my girlfriend" He said

"I am not your girlfriend, didn't I make it clear back at Wisconsin?" I said

"No you didn't, you ran off like you always do. I thought you said you hated cowards but you're the biggest coward ever"

"At least I don't ignore my responsibilities"

"What do you mean?"

"Are you kidding me? I got on a freaking plane to see you because I missed you. It was even your idea in the first place so it's not like I just showed up at your doorstep. How can you ask me to come spend time with you when you barely had time for me?. Whenever you did try to have time, you still ended up standing me up. What the hell am I supposed to if you don't want me in your life anymore"

"When did I say that I didn't want you in my life"

"I think you made that pretty clear back in Wisconsin. All my life, I've had to work hard for something that I need. I thought you were what I needed and I put in so much effort into making things work between us but it takes two to tango.  You can't just show up and walk out of my life whenever you please. Why does loving you have to be more difficult than building a nation? I gave you all of my time but now I've realized that you're not worth it so I'm doing wasting my time on you. I'm done wasting my life on someone who doesn't even fancy me anymore. Have a great life" I pushed him aside and ran after Logan.

I went to his room but he wasn't there and all of his things were gone. I checked the log out info and he had already left.

The weather around here is not good at night. It's very bad for him to drive at such a late hour. I have to go find him.

"Where do you think you are going Julian? There's no way you're going out in that storm" Andrew grabbed my arm.

"Let go of my hand, you had your time to care about me but you didn't, you missed your chance. I'm going to go look for Logan, if you still wanna talk, wait until I return" I opened the door and ran out.

I felt my knees getting weak as I searched for Logan. As I was about to give up and return back, I saw a figure sitting on a rock covered in snow.

"Logan?" I yelled and the person looked up.

"Julian?" He walked towards me "What are you doing here, shouldn't you be with your perfect little boyfriend" He said

"Stop it"

"Why should I? I love you more than anything and I thought that you just weren't ready but that wasn't the case, you already had a boyfriend" He said

"It's not what you think, we broke up. He came here to fix things between us" I said

"Are you going to get back together with him?"

"Right now, that doesn't matter. Let's head back in because the roads are getting blocked and at this rate, we'll be trapped in here and freeze like ice pops" He grabbed my hand and led me to the resort.

On our way there, the snow increased and there was no way we could make it back to the resort without freezing to death.

"You just had to run of the resort, didn't you?"

"I saw a nearby inn, ok? I just wanted to stay there for tonight and then go back home. I didn't want to get to see you and Andrew getting all lovey dovey"

"I didn't tell you his name, how do you know it?"

"Let's just say, I've heard it before" He said

We finally found an old and abandoned hill house and decided to spend the night there. We made a fire and lit up the lanterns.

"I guess we can survive here or maybe we should wait till the weather terms change" We were currently sitting down in a corner of the house and using the only piece of warmth that we could find.

A very old knitted blanket.

"Nope, the snow doesn't look like it's going to stop anytime soon. I'm worried that I'd get frostbites from sleeping in this house. Our friends must be so worried" I said

"Why don't you just call them?"

"We are on a snowing hill in the middle of summer and you expect to get reception?" I snapped at him.

The house isn't all that bad but was it really that hard to put a window. I mean, there's a window frame but no window to protect us from turning into fish pops. Just a big ol' rectangular box on the wall.

"Julian, I know that Andrew's return even if he will still go will change things between us but I want you to know that regardless of whatever decision you make, I'm here for you"

He stared into my eyes with so much passion that I knew exactly what was going to happen. He placed his hand on my back and gently pushed me forward while he leaned in and kissed me.

Logan, do I actually have feelings for you?
