CHAPTER TWENTY NINE

I held the wine glass in my hand while staring at the large and beautiful buildings in front of me. Obviously they spend a lot of money to build a masterpiece like this. I drank a little of the wine glass and smiled at the sweetness that flowed through my throat. I stared at the buildings for several hours but I didn't felt tired. I don't know but it seems that I find it amazing to look at large buildings today. Lalo na kapag gabi dahil iba't ibang kulay ang makikita ko na talagang nakakapaglibang sa akin. I sat on my swivel chair and rest my back for a while. Sobrang dami ang ginawa kong trabaho para sa araw na ito. Nariyan na bumisita ako sa dalawang factory ng company ko at umattend ako ng tatlong meeting para sa mga bagong design ng furnitures na ilalabas two months from now. I swayed my swivel chair a bit when I'm done drinking my wine. Iniharap ko ito sa aking lamesa at ibinaba ang baso. I was about to pour another wine on my wine glass when three people suddenly came barging in my office.

"Why are you drinking, Mrs. Bustamante? Hindi ba at oras pa ng trabaho mo?"

The man wearing a black hoodie and ripped jeans partnered with a black rubber shoes suddenly spoke.

"Hmmm, maybe she's just a little stress so to lessen the stress that she's feeling right now she decided to drink."

Before I could answer the man, suddenly the woman beside him spoke. Wearing an off shoulder dress that has two white butterfly paste infront of her chest, she looks so elegant and beautiful.

"Ma'am pasensya na po, sinabi ko naman na busy ka ang kaso ay mapilit po talaga sila."

It was Leila, my secretary. I just nodded my head at her and dismissed her.

"So, anong ginagawa dito ng dalawang cute na cute na mga anak ko?"

I laughed a little when they run towards on my direction and hugged me tight. Muntik pa sanang mahulog ang anak kong babae nang maglilikot siyang maka-upo ng maayos sa aking hita. My little boy give his space to his sister and just stand infront of me.

"Bainurn, come on baby sit on my lap. Malaki pa naman ang space. Namiss ka ni mommy."

He shooked his head and smiled widely at me.

"No, mommy, I'm okay here. Kay Amaia na lang po ang space para she can sit properly and para po comfortable na rin po siya."

Amaia smelled my neck and kissed it gently. She laughed slightly when she notice that I was a little tickled. She face her brother and gesture her hand to come forward.

"You know kuya it's okay lang naman for me if we share on mommy's lap. Stop being so generous!"

Bainurn laughed a bit and held his sister's left cheek.

"Nah, you first, baby sister. You and mommy is on my top top top priority."

Natutuwa naman ako na sa edad na pitong taong gulang ay nagagawa niya ng maging mapagbigay sa kan'yang kapatid.

"Wow, it's super dami! Top top top! Kuya! That's super taas! O! M! O! Have you reached heaven?"

Natawa kaming pareho ni Bainurn sa kakulitan ni Amaia. Binuhat ko siya at pina-upo sa desk ko. Kaagad din namang nagpabuhat si Bainurn na hinalikan ko muna sa pisngi bago ipinirmi rin sa desk.

"Sino nagdala sa inyo dito? Hmmm?"

"Waley, mommy. It's just me and kuya Bainurn who walks here and decided to pay you a visit! 'Di ka po umuwi kagabi, mommy."

She pouted her lips a bit and crossed her arms on her chest. Nakatingin lang naman sa kan'ya si Bainurn na agad niyang siniko ng mapansin na wala rin itong ginawa. Kaagad na napakamot sa ulo ang aking anak na lalaki at nahihiyang ginaya ang pag-nguso at pagmamaktol kunwari ni Amaia.
