Dream and SapNap are very sick and it's George's job a.k.a NurseNotFound's job to help them get better. superSkepHalo recommended this about two times, so that gives me the motivation to do it.

Third-person

"I told you guys not to go to that party," George says to the two younger boys. Dream and Sapnap had gone to a party the other day and since it is flu season someone had the flu and everyone at the party got it, including Dream and Sapnap. "But it was fun," Sapnap said with puppy dog eyes. Sapnap was in his bed and Dream was in his bed on the other side of the room. "I don't care if it was fun, you both got very sick," MomNotFound said with a genuine smile. Both of them nod. "Why are you taking care of us? Aren't you going to get sick?" Dream asks and then he coughed. "Well you guys are more important than I am right now," George says handing Dream a tissue. "Thank you, George," Sapnap says in a congested tone of voice. "You are very welcome," George says with a sweet smile. "May I have soup chicken noodle soup?" Sapnap says with a small smile. "Yes of course. Dream, sweetie (sweetie is in a platonic or motherly way) would you like anything?" George says kneeling down by Dreams bed. "Yes, I want some chicken noodle soup as well," Dream said, as excited as he could muster. "Okay, I will be back in about five minutes with both of you guys soups. And like that George walks out of their room and into the kitchen. "Where is the soup?"George says looking around and opening all of the cabinets. George jumps on the counter and opens the top cabinet. "Ah, here is the soup," George said getting two cans of chicken noodle soup. George gets down from the countertop and gets one pot to cook both of the chicken noodle soups. George turns on the burners and puts the pot on the burner. And then he pours both of the chicken noodle soups in the pot and turns the burner on very low. George leaves the kitchen. He walks down the hallway and walks into the bathroom. George opens the medicine cabinet to grabs medicine for his sick "children". (I am just looking up what medicine you take when your sick, because I have prescribed medicine (for my allergies), so I have to find unprescribed medicine for the flu or influenza). George grabs some decongestant (relieves nasal congestion, swelling, and runny nose), cough medicine (blocks the cough reflex. Some may thin and loosen mucus, making it easier to clear from the airways), Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (Relieves pain, decreases inflammation, and reduces fever), Analgesic (relieves pain) and Antiviral drug (reduces viruses ability to replicate). George then makes his way to over to Sapnap and Dreams room. He opens the door and then puts the medicine on their shared desk. "Georgie? What are those?" Sapnap says in a congested voice. "Its medicine to help the both of you feel better," George said with a smile. "Your the best George," Dream said as his eyes became droopy. "Try not to fall asleep, I still need to feed you guys your chicken noodle soup and give you medicine," George said with a smile. Both of them nod and smile. George quickly makes his way over to the kitchen and turns off the burner. He pours the soup into two bowls and then grabs two bottles of water and makes his way over to the boy's room. George puts the water and soup on each of their nightstands. "Eat the soup," George says sweetly. Both of them start eating soup and drinking water. "I'm done," Sapnap says putting his empty soup bowl on the nightstand. "Me too," Dream says, also putting his empty soup bowl on the nightstand. "Okay, I'll give Sapnap medicine first," George says. George makes his way over to Sapnap's bed sits on it. George feeds Sapnap all of the medicine (but not to much) and he downs his water. "Thank you," Sapnap said smiling at the shorter boy. "You are very welcome," George says to Sapnap. George then makes his way over to Dream and feeds him his allotted medicine and he downs it with water. "Would you guys like anything else?" George asked as he got up to leave. "A bedtime story," Dream says and Sapnap agrees. "Um, okay. Once upon a time, in a kingdom far far away. There was a princess. His name was George," George said with a smile (and yes I do mean princess). "He was the fairest princess in all the lands. But George was very lonely. His dad never let him leave the castle because he was too precious for the outside world. Just then, the king got two new guards. One was named Sapnap and the other one was named Dream," George said in a cool storytelling tone. "That's me," Sapnap says excitedly. "And me!" Dream said with a smile. "Yes it is. When the guards first saw George they wanted to do everything in their power to protect him. And that is what they did. And in return George would give them kisses on the forehead," George says going over to each of them and giving them kisses on the forehead. "The end," George said. Dream and Sapnap then began snoring. "Good night my little guards," George said turning off the little and sitting on a chair to watch them both sleep (to assure their safety).

The night had gone and the sun had risen. Both SapNap and Dream had woken up and felt so much better. "Thank you, George. I feel great," Sapnap said enthusiastically. "Me too," Dream said with a smile. "I'm glad you both feel better," George said in a congested tone. "Oh Georgie, I guess we have to take care of you now," Dream said with a laugh.

Rumor has it FeelBetterNap, DreamWasFeelingBetter, and SickNotFound all got better with the help of one another. That is it, I hope you enjoy it.
