Random idea. George is blind. He has been blind since he was five years old. His father lashed something right across his eyes causing him to lose the majority of his vision in both eyes. Sapnap is his big brother (who is five years older than him), who took custody of George. Sapnap's best friend Dream has always loved George like his own brother, so for the past twelve years he has been working his ass off to get George glasses so he can see the world just like them. Will Dream get the glasses? Or will he not? Spoiler he is going to get the glasses. George is visually impaired by the way.

I have already posted three times today, so I have to wait until tomorrow. I will see you then : ).

I have wanted to do one of these for a while, but I have never had the right prompt to do so. So here it is, this one might belong, so I hope you enjoy it. Because it might take a while to make.

Here is a little back story about the glasses that help blind people see. My source is cnbc.com by the way. About ten million Americans are blind (unable to see because of injury, disease, or a congenital condition) or visually impaired (Visual impairment, also known as vision impairment or vision loss, is a decreased ability to see to a degree that causes problems not fixable by usual means, such as glasses). Smart glasses, called eSight3, help people suffering from eye conditions-such as Stargardt disease (Stargardt disease is the most common inherited single-gene retinal disease. It usually has an autosomal recessive inheritance caused by mutations in the ABCA4 gene. Rarely it has an autosomal dominant inheritance due to defects with ELOVL4 or PROM1 genes. It is characterized by macular degeneration that begins in childhood, adolescence, or adulthood, resulting in progressive loss of vision), optic atrophy (Optic neuropathy is damage to the optic nerve from any cause. Damage and death of these nerve cells, or neurons, leads to characteristic features of optic neuropathy. The main symptom is a loss of vision, with colors appearing subtly washed out in the affected eye. On medical examination, the optic nerve head can be visualized by an ophthalmoscope. A pale disc is characteristic of long-standing optic neuropathy), macular degeneration (Macular degeneration, also known as age-related macular degeneration, is a medical condition which may result in blurred or no vision in the center of the visual field. Early on there are often no symptoms. Over time, however, some people experience a gradual worsening of vision that may affect one or both eyes. While it does not result in complete blindness, loss of central vision can make it hard to recognize faces, drive, read, or perform other activities of daily life) and glaucoma (Glaucoma is a group of eye diseases which result in damage to the optic nerve and cause vision loss. The most common type is open-angle glaucoma, in which the drainage angle for fluid within the eye remains open, with less common types including closed-angle glaucoma and normal-tension glaucoma. Open-angle glaucoma develops slowly over time and there is no pain. Peripheral vision may begin to decrease, followed by central vision, resulting in blindness if not treated)- to see. The eSight3 glasses are costly, with a price tag of about ten thousand dollars. That is basically all you need to know about common blindnesses and a bit about the eSight glasses.

How do the eSight glasses work? That is a question I asked myself midway threw the writing. I looked it up and according esighteyewear.eu. A high speed, high-resolution camera in the middle of the eSight electronic glasses captures what a user is looking at in real-time. eSight's powerful computer instantly processes the high definition video and displays it on two OLED (An organic light-emitting diode, also known as an organic electroluminescent diode, is a light-emitting diode in which the emissive electroluminescent layer is a film of organic compound that emits light in response to an electric current. This organic layer is situated between two electrodes; typically, at least one of these electrodes is transparent.) screens in front of the user's eyes using cutting edge optics.
