Today's one-shot is a tad different. In today's one shot there is no prompt. I want you to make it up yourself. Once you finish tell me what the story prompt should be. I got this idea randomly when I was drinking water. I don't know. Enjoy this. George and Dream are kids in the first part by the way. The title is from a song I am listening to right now. And they are the same age in this one.
Hi, welcome this is a safe place for you to be yourself and love who you are. So I hope you have slept well, eaten enough today, staying hydrated, and getting enough time outside. This is now your happy place. If someone ever reads this, tell me how your day was. Well and another daily reminder that you are a beautiful smart little muffin and I hope you have a wonderful day/night or evening, whatever you prefer. And feel free to request if you want. But I only do fluff, because my heart can't take pain right now. /) have a nice day and stay safely hydrated.
Third-person
"Will you marry me, Georgie?" Dream said as he held a ring pop up to the smaller boy. "Yes, I will Clay!" The smaller boy said excitedly as he took the ring and put it on his small finger. Dream smiled as he hugged the boy and spun him around. "Let's be together forever!" Dream says and George agrees with him. George's mom smiled at the two boys. Dreams mom on the other hand had a look of disgust on her face. "Tsk, homosexuality is a sin," She said under her breath as she gave her son a fake smile. Dream grabbed George's hand and ran over to his mother. "Mommy look! George and I are married," Dream said with a smile. "Honey! Remember, you have to marry a princess when your older," Dreams mom said with a fake smile once again. "George is my princess!" Dream said with a large grin as he displayed George to his mother. "Boys can not be princess," Dreams mom said with slight anger in her tone of voice. "My mommy says anyone can be a princess and anyone can be a prince, no matter your gender or sexual orientation!" George says with a big smile. Dreams mom's eyes grew red with fury. "What's sexual orientation Gogy?" Dream asked with innocence in his voice. "Um, I am not that sure, but mommy says if you have a crush on someone and they are the opposite sex your straight. Mommy said if you like some who is the same sex as you, your homosexual. Mommy also said that you can like both males and females and you can like all genders! There are so many genders! My mommy also said they were non-binary and they go by they/them pronouns! I like you, Clay!" George said with a smile. Dreams mom was mind blown. How did this kid know so much, isn't he five? "George? Tell your friend bye, because it's time to go," George's mother said with a small smile. George's mother looked just like George. Well, almost. George's mom was a beautiful person. They had dark brown hair that went past their shoulders. They had big brown eyes and a heartwarming smile. The only thing George and his mom didn't have in common was height. George's mom was 5"11 and the doctors said George will only get to 5"5. "Aww, okay," George says with a smile. George hugged Dream. "Bye Clay, I will see you tomorrow," George said as he smiled at Dream. "George, you won't see him tomorrow remember. We are moving back to London," George's mom said with a sad smile. George's face grew sad. "Um, Clay. I am moving back to London tomorrow," George said with a sad smile. Dream gave him a quick smile, even though he was sad on the inside. "When will I see you again?" Dream asked the smaller boy. "Soon," George says with a big smile as he hands Dream a bracelet made from a string (that string is everlasting because it's my story my rules) the string was a white and blue color. And just like that the two-part ways.
Time skips to the present day. The third person will mostly be on George. Time skip brought to you by me being stinky and time skip also brought to you by me listening to lemon boy. I hope you guys are enjoying this so far!
It's been years since the two had seen one another, but they never forgot about each other. The two grew up with totally different crowds. Dream was popular and on the football team. Everyone loved him. Every cheerleader wanted him, but he would always decline. He would always say the same thing "Sorry I have a fiancé," Everyone always wondered who his fiancé was, but he would never tell. Everyone was expecting of Dream being pansexual and they all loved him for it. George on the other he kept to himself. He got bullied from time to time because he was gay, but he didn't let that get him down. George managed to get through high school and college. Dream on the other hand just made it through high school, his mom wasn't happy about it at all, but Dream didn't feel like he fit in and he wanted to try something different. The two had never taken off the friendship bracelet. Not even for a soccer game (they make you take bracelets and jewelry off for soccer games, so I hope someone got my joke). The colors were now faded, but they both still kept them on. George had moved back to Florida and he opened his coffee shop and that's where we are now. At George's Dream (see what I did there) coffee shop. "Ah, another wonderful day," George said to himself as he put the open sign out and he put the chairs out. George turned on the lights and tied his apron on. Just then the bell rang, signaling someone had walked in. "This early?" George thought to himself. "Good morning! My name is George! How may I help you today?" George said with his normal upbeat attitude. "Uhh, good morning, May I have a coffee?" The man said. "Okay! What kind?" George said with a smile. "I don't care, just don't put creamer in it, that stuff makes me sick," The guy said with a smile. George giggled a bit. "Name please?" George said as he started making the coffee for the customer. "Uh, Clay," Dream said in his deep morning voice. George shivered at the name and the voice. "Could it be him? No, he probably doesn't live around here anymore," George said in his head. "George? You okay?" Dream teased. "Oh, nothing. Just thinking about my childhood sweetheart a.k.a my best friend and only friend, " George said with a passionate smile. "Ah, nice," Dream said as he looked back down at his phone. George finished the coffee and he put it in a cup and put it in front of Dream. "Here is your coffee sir," George said with a smile as he goes to ring up the customer. "Georgie? You don't remember me do you?" Dream said as he took George's hand. Only two people called him that. His mom and "CLAY!" George yelled as he flung himself over the counter. Dream caught him and spun him around in a circle. "It's been a while," Dream said with a smile. "It has," George says as he smiles in his arms. Dream put George down and got on one knee. (Wait, let me go get my ring magazine. Be right back). Dream pulled out a box. He opened it. The box had a 1 ctw (carat total weight. Some jewelry term, I don't know) with 1/3 center diamond. (The picture might be at the top if so, don't judge me, it was on clearance. But pretend it's not). "Wow, it's beautiful," George says with wide eyes. "It's for you. George I know we have technically been together for over twenty years. And I want to marry you for real now. George, will you marry me?" Dream said with a big smile. "Yes. Yes, one billion times!" George said taking the ring and putting it on his finger. They share a quick kiss and then just enjoy each other's presence. "Major upgrade from the ring pop," George says under his breath. They both laugh.
And just like that. The two were together forever. I hope you enjoyed it. This one is a little short. I am hungry. There will probably be one late tomorrow because I have an interview. Anyway toodles, much love!
