You didn't like getting close to people. Every time you get close to someone they get taken away from you. So because of that fear you are cold to people.

You walked down the hall. You had just finished your idol work for the day and were looking to relax. You were walking down the stairs. "Hey Y/N!" You heard. You looked up, it was Reiji. Despite your constant efforts to push people away, Reiji made an effort to get closer to you. "What is it?" You asked coldly. "Do you want to go to the park later?" He asked happily. Reiji confused you. You were mean to him, but he happily showed kindness to you. "Whatever." You replied. "Okay, let's meet at 8:00pm in the park." He said and walked away.

You figured that you should go because he is always nice to you. You arrived at the park at 8:10pm. You tried not to be late but you lost track of time. You saw him standing there by the fountain in the middle of the park. "Hey, sorry I'm late." You said. "I'm glad you came." Reiji said. He grabbed your hand. "Wha-" "Come on." He pulled you along. Soon you arrived at a festival. "What?" You didn't even know they had festivals at this park. "You looked a little overworked lately. So I thought you would have fun at this festival." Reiji said. Normally Reiji doesn't give reasons for what he does. But he did now, why is he so nice to you? Does he want something? Your thoughts were cut off by him pulling you into the festival.

You both stayed at the festival for a few hours. You watched him run and have fun like a child the whole time. Now Reiji was tired so you were walking in the park. "Hey Reiji." "Yeah?" "Thank you." He had a look of surprise on his face. You rarely said thank you. "I love you." "What?!" You were shocked. You knew Reiji said some strange things, but you never expected to hear that. "You always try to distance yourself from people. And because of that you often overwork yourself. I like the strength you have. But I want to break down those walls of yours." He looked you straight in the eye. You looked down. "Aren't you afraid of losing things you love." He wrapped you in an embrace. "I'm willing to take that risk for you." He was willing to fight his fears to love you. You were so scared of losing someone you missed so much. "You're so strange." Then you shared a kiss in the moonlight.
