The school year ended so quickly. It felt like just yesterday I started school when I met Cameron, Diara, and Sasha. Now, it's my seventeenth birthday already.

"Happy birthday!" Sasha gives me the biggest hug ever, her face beaming. She hands me a book entitled "All Our Memories," and I may cry. She's so sweet.

"There are empty pages for you to add to," She explains as I flip through the book, memories soaring through me.

"Sasha, it's amazing. Thank you." I hug her and she smiles. She has boxes outside, and I remember the birthday party she planned for me.

"We need to set up all that?" I ask, pretending to be mortified. Sasha laughs.

"Not us, me. You go relax, it is your birthday." I help anyway. We set up tables of candy, chips, pizza along with a gifts table.

Cameron and Diara show up a few minutes later with their own gifts. Diara got me a collage of pictures of the four of us, and Cameron got me a deep green shirt with "MALFOY" stitched on the right side. He also brought the birthday cake that his older sister, Juliet made for us.

"Thanks, guys," I say happily. This would be my first real birthday party. Mother and Father would never throw something like this for me. I watch Sasha laugh and smile and think about the conversation we had two nights ago.

It was at Draco's Point, somewhere that we go more often now. We sat on the hood of my car, and I was holding her.

"When do we leave for Hogwarts?" She asked me.

"July tenth. You need to prepare if you don't want to be behind." I replied, and Sasha sucked in a breath.

"I don't have a good feeling about this, Draco," Sasha confessed.

"It's for the better. Plus, He won't hurt you if I'm there with you." I reply, stroking her soft brown and blonde hair.

"It's not that," Sasha said. I looked at her.

"Oh? What is it then?" I asked.

"Us."

"Us? What about us?"

Silence. "What if things change? I love things just the way they are now, but what if they all change?"

I think. "They will be a bit different, but I promise I'll still love you just as much."

Sasha is quiet. "You promise?"

"Cross my heart and hope to die." I smile.

Sasha smiles too. "Us against the world." She started.

"Always and forever." I finished, kissing her forehead.

The music starts up, and the swimming does as well. I recognize all my friends coming through the back gate. We laugh, smile, and splash. I know Sasha is thinking about leaving all of these people. These are her friends, hell even her family and she has to leave them behind.

"Birthday boy!" Sasha calls with Diara and waves from the pool. "You gonna get in here or not?" They ask and I smirk. I jump in, the water prickling my skin. Everyone is smiling and we spend hours together. The birthday cake was awesome and everyone had an awesome time. Sasha stays after the clean up for our dinner plans. She gets ready in the spare bedroom and comes out in a white dress that fades to a baby blue at the end. She's grinning from ear to ear as we walk out together.

"Hard to believe it's been almost a year since we've been dating, huh?" I ask her as we walk along the beach after dinner.

"Yeah, it's insane." Sasha leans on my shoulder as we walk. She takes my hand and runs to a palm tree with the letters D+S carved in it.

"Remember this from Homecoming?" She asks and I nod. How could I forget?

"Of course, that was an amazing night." I hold her close and watch the sun duck behind the ever-stretching waters.

"Draco?"

"Yeah?"

"Remember the houses you were talking about? At Hogwarts?"

"Yeah."

"Which one would I be in?" I think.

"Ravenclaw would be a good match for you, but Slytherin if I do say so myself." Sasha laughs a bit.

"Of course." And together we stood, watching the sky change colors.

A/N: just a filler chapter, but the next one is gonna be amazing(i hope ahaha). Also, what house do you think Sasha should be in? Comment down below.
