Rhaella Targaryen had slept in her sister's bed chambers, she held her sister while she cried about the betrayal she had suffered, and when Dany had finished crying both of them fell asleep, exhausted in the Queen's bed.

The next day, the girl had woken up from a deep sleep, feeling rested for the first time in a while, and the princess thought it would be a good day. The silver haired girl decided to listen to her sister, so she left the terrace garden, she ate with Ser Barristan and spent most of her day in the streets of Meereen, speaking to people, she bought fresh fruit for herself and her sister, she talked to merchants, and kids, and former slaves, and even former masters. The girl was surprised about the adoration the people showed her, in her mind the Meereenese people didn't really care for her, but she just realized how wrong she was.

The girl dressed especially nice today, she wore a soft blue sleeveless dress, made of the softest of fabrics, she wore a three headed dragon silver necklace, she also wore the leather necklace Jon gave her, she wore many rings, including her mother's, and even silver earrings. Rhealla Tragaryen was radiant that day, and she couldn't wait to go back to the pyramid and share a meal with Dany, Missandei, and Ser Barristan.

But when the princess made her way back to the Great Pyramid she heard whispers, whispers about burned bodies and her sister's plans. The silver haired girl rushed to her sister's chambers, all of the servants and people who lived in the pyramid turned their heads to look at the girl as she ran up the endless steps until she reached the apex of the pyramid. When she arrived at the apex of the pyramid she swung the door that led to her sister's chambers. Inside of the room were her sister, Ser Barristan, Missandei and Grey Worm, and all of them turned their heads to the girl who was entering the room in a rush.

Daenerys looked at her companions and said, "leave us."

As all of them left Rhaella turned to her sister again. "Tell me it isn't true," she said with anger in her voice.

"A man laid the burned bones of his daughter at my feet," Dany told her sister.

"They are dragons, Dany! We can find another way, not this mad idea of yours," Rhella said out loud.

"It is done, Rhaella. Viserion, Rhaegal, Rhaenya and Aegon are at the catacombs," it was all Daenerys said.

"Done?" Rhaella asked, with fire in her voice. "You consult me about everything, but chaining our dragons! How dare you? You are the Mother of Dragons and you are doing with our dragons what killed the dragons of the old Targaryens!" Rhaella streamed at her sister.

"Rhaella-," Daenerys started but was interrupted by her sister walking out of the chambers.

Rhaella Targaryen entered her own chambers and started putting some clothes in a small cloth bag she had in her room, completely ignoring Akharo who sat on her bed. Since their arrival in Meereen the Dothraki would wait for her in her chambers once the sun went down and would sleep with her, he was early today.

"What are you doing?" The Dothraki man asked her.

"Leaving," it was all the princess said before walking out of her bed chambers.

The confused Dothraki quickly rushed out of the chambers following his lover. The Targaryen princess knew exactly where she would go. The girl walked and walked until she was outside of Meereen, and then she kept walking until she reached the highest hill outside of the city walls. By what her sister had said Rheagon and Drogon were still around the city somewhere, and she knew this hill is where Rhaegon liked to bring his food, so much that the top of the hill was burned beyond repair. When she arrived at the top of the hill she saw Rhaegon's large scarlet body lying on the burned spot he always did, and she walked towards him, Akharo right behind her.

"Blood of my blood, you can't leave," he tried to argue with her.

"I cannot stay here after what my sister did," she told him, reaching the dragon.

When the girl was about to touch Rhaegon she felt a hand on her arm pulling her back, which made her turn around and Rhaegon get up, now paying attention to the people beside him. "You are mine! You cannot leave me!" Akharo screamed at the girl, but when she turned towards him he let go, because he had never seen such fire in anyone's eyes before.

"I am Rhaella of House Targaryen, the blood of the Dragon and the Old Valyria. I am the dragon, and I don't belong to anyone but myself!" The girl said, dragon in her eyes and fire in her voice, and before Akharo could say anything else Rhaegon's loud roar was heard, and the dothraki man knew he should not get any closer.

Rhaella Targaryen looked at her dragon one more time and she knew what she had to do. She walked closer to her red who lowered his body, the girl stepped on the side of his wing and climbed on the dragon's back. The girl took a deep breath, she was shaking, of anger at her sister, and of nervousness, she had dreamt of this moment all of her life, and now it was here. Her dragon's scales felt hot under her, but it felt right, he was just big enough to carry her, it was like she was made to sit on the dragon's back.

"Sōvēs," the girl whispered, fly. Rhaegon's muscles moved under her, he moved a couple of feet and then the girl heard his wings flap, and suddenly they weren't on the ground anymore.

All of her life Rhaella Targaryen had felt a void inside of her, when at Winterfell she thought it was the part of her that longed for her family, and when she finally met her sister she thought the void was the part of her that missed her family in the North. The silver haired girl never understood what that void was, but now she does. Here on Rhaegon's back, looking down at the world and up to the skies and feeling the wind on her hair, she felt whole.

The girl held the scales on his back so she would not fall and just enjoyed the wind on her face and the warmth from the dragon's body. For the first time the Targaryen Princess felt like royalty, and she felt at peace, so she closed her eyes and let Rhaegon take her wherever he pleased.
