I started writing concept, but had no idea how to finish it. At some point I kinda lost motivation and the writing gets a bit sloppy, but I'm too lazy to fix it. Hope you like it tho!
My lips pull downward in a defeated frown, should have known Tenzin would swoop in before I had the chance to tell her anything. I clench the necklace in my hands tightly, fighting the urge to throw the jewelry off the peer and let it hit the bobbing water.
Taking in a deep breath of air, I turn back around quietly and begin my walk to the subway station.
It took me months to save up for this stupid necklace and he knew. He knew I was planning to tell her, I trusted him. He knew how long it took for me to build up the confidence to ask her to meet me there.
A hand raises to my face, wiping away the tears building up at the corners of my eyes.
"How'd it-shoot...", Bumi starts with a grin, before dimming at my expression.
We all planned to go to the carnival tonight, I asked Lin to meet me at the gazebo because I wanted to give her something. When I finally managed to bring myself to go, I found my best friend and crush locking lips and swapping spit. Today was supposed to be fun, even if she didn't feel the same.
Sobbing quietly, I throw myself in the older teen's arms, burying my face into his chest. He sighs softly, wrapping an arm around my waist and gripping at the back of my head gently with his hand. Suyin, who's standing besides the older boy, wraps her small arms around my waist, cuddling up to the side of my stomach supportively.
After a few minutes of hysterically crying, I manage to explain what happened through uncontrollable tears.
Kya gently coaxes me away from Bumi, speaking in a tender tone,"Come on guys, I think it's time to go back to the air temple."
Wrapped under the water benders arm and holding hands with Suyin, we walk to the bus stop. The bus doesn't take too long to come, we waited only a few minutes before we're driven over the bridge leading to Air Temple island. Luckily for us, we're a few hours into the night. Both Katara and Aang should still be asleep, so we don't have to worry about any awkward confrontations.
The four of us hunker down in Kya's room, all of us giving our thoughts about the recent turn of events. We all come down to a similar conclusion, Tenzin is a little brat. Even his siblings agree, only proving the severity of his actions.

"I said I was sorry so many times, why can't you just forgive me already?!"The older boy shouts at me in frustration.
A dark feeling settles in the pit of my stomach, my face burning with anger," Because I trusted you! You knew I loved her, but you still did it! You knew how long I saved up for that damn necklace! You were the first person I told about liking girls! You really hurt me Tenzin...I'm sorry but I'm not ready to forgive you."
He lowers his head in shame with nothing more to say because he knows he's in the wrong. If he actually feels as sorry as he says he is, he would have at least keep all the lovey doves stuff down in front of me. Instead he taunts me, kissing her tenderly when he sees me passing by or wrapping her up in his arms when he notices I'm around.
"I really am sorry, I know you love her, but I love her too-",
" That's enough, Tenzin." A new voice speaks up from behind us.
The both of us turn to face Avatar Aang. He frowns at us disappointedly,"What's going on here?"
Still emotional about the situation, I wipe a stray tear from my eye.
"Nothing, I was just leaving.", I mumble quietly.
"Katara said you'd be staying for dinner?", he questions.
I glance up at him pleadingly, I don't think I can handle being in the same room with the two of them anymore. The whole day has been so uncomfortable, but I'm mainly going through with it for Bumi and Kya.
"Why don't you stay? We'll make you're favorite.", he suggests with a gentle smile.
Thinking it over carefully, I nod. If I go home now, mom will probably still be at work and I don't know how to cook.
Aang guides Tenzin away, probably to talk to him privately. I'm left to find my way back inside the temple blindly. No matter how many times I've been here, I still get lost.
Sighing to myself, I aimlessly walk around the main building. I'll find my way eventually.
"Did you get lost again?", my favorite person speaks with a teasing tone.
I stand up straight at the sound of her voice, tense with nerves.
"You okay? You look like you've seen a ghost.", she questions, probably crossing her arms at me.
Refusing to turn around I hum,"Yeah, just fine."
The floor boards creak as she walks closer to me. Shame and heartache thumps against my ribs uncomfortably. A stuttered breath fills my my lungs with air, forcefully reminding me to keep my head lifted and my back straight.
A warm energy covers my back, signaling she's close. Scared of what's to come, I take an abrupt step forward,"I'm gonna go find Kya!"
A strong hand falls against my shoulder, stopping my moments entirely.
"I know I usually don't like talking about emotional things, but if you need someone to talk to about the incident during the carnival, I'm here for you.", she offers in an uncharacteristically soft tone.
"You know?!l" I belt, pulling away from her grasp. This is so embarrassing! So all the times the whole group has met up after that night, she knew? Tenzin told her, that little brat!
She takes a step in front of me nodding somberly,"Yup and what you went through was tough. Don't worry though, apparently Kya and Suyin took care of everything. No one will come bothering you again and I talked to my mom about the-"
"What are you talking about?", my eyebrows furrow in confusion, stepping back from the younger girl.
Her bright eyes widen in apparent realization,
"Mom told me you might forget about what happened if it was too traumatizing, forget I said anything! Let me take you to the dinning room."She slips her arm in mine, guiding me like as if I were blind. My heart pounds in my chest uncomfortably, we're too close.
"I'm okay. I can walk myself.", I mumble, tugging my arm away from her.
The raven pulls me closer to her side, this time a bit more stern with her hold.
"No let me help you, I want to spend time with you. You've been ignoring me since the night at the carnival.", she mutters guiding past bedroom doors.
The rest of the walk is silent, I'm too afraid to say anything. Just being around her fogs my mind into a cloudy mess of nonsense. As soon as we walk into the dinning room, all eyes are on us.
Kya smiles at me sympathetically, gesturing me to come site besides her. Tenzin glares at me, obviously upset that I'm with his girlfriend. Little does he know that she actually threw herself on me.
I pull away from Lin gently, rushing to sit between Kya and Bumi.
