Warning: Unspecified Legal Age-Gap
Around two years ago today, you and Lin began your relationship. After a year of wooing her, Lin hesitantly agreed to a date. Then, it took another six months before dating officially and inclusively. Recently, both of you began tip-toeing about a new form of intimacy. You've made little progress in the past two months, but any small measures count.
Despite Lin's efforts to conceal her insecurities about her body and scars, you know this fact thoroughly affects the way she reacts to certain things. You compliment her at every opportunity, affirming your love for her massive heart and delectable figure. Her being double-cheeked up and ripped is just a bonus. You wouldn't even care if she was thicker. That merely means there's more to love! To you, she's incredible, including everything about her: the scars on her cheek, her naturally protective behavior, her gentle heart, and the cute little smirk she uses when she thinks something's amusing but not necessarily funny.
For Lin, it's a bit different. She sees how young you are and feels guilty for dragging you into this relationship. You have so much more to live for than being with a woman nearly double your age. You're better off dating someone like Asami or that model Ginger. Granted, you're still way older than both women. Though in Lin's perspective, the pairing seems a better fit.
Why would you want to be with someone whose breasts are beginning to sag, a woman people deem heartless and cruel. You deserve so much better than her, and she doesn't deserve you at all.
Today, you are determined to take the next step in your relationship by thoroughly demolishing her doubts. You courted Lin, not the other way around. So, you set up a fancy dinner for her after work. After some thought, you concluded that going out to a restaurant wouldn't emit the same form of intimacy as having an exquisite dinner at home. You practically live in her apartment already, so you only needed to make her favorite food, set up the dining room table memorably, and order some of the best wine in the city.
Lin nearly melted into you when she came home, kissing you happily as she walked through the kitchen to find the beautiful display. The Chief of Police rushed to her room, eagerly attempting to find an outfit that would impress you. You could only giggle at her reaction, following her carefully so you could call out to her through her bedroom door.
"You don't need to dress fancy. Just wash up and get comfy. When you're ready, I'll be waiting for you. Okay, lovely?" You reassured, with a hand pressed to her closed door.
You only got a hum in response. Lin surprised you, though, stepping out of her room dressed in a suit. She looks incredible, downright sexy.
Now, sitting at opposite ends of the dinner table, hands laced in hers, you confirm, "You are beautiful, Lin. I'll tell you this truth every day until you believe me. You're strong, wise, and kind, no matter how hard you try to seem mean. I love you, and I don't want anyone else but you. I don't care that you're older than me. I don't care about any of that stuff that you always tell me. I love you and only you."
You squeeze her hand affectionately before lifting the muscle to your lips and pressing a kiss to her knuckles, keeping your eyes fixed on her.
"So, when we finish dinner tonight, I will show you just how much you mean to me," you continue, kissing her hand again.
Lin's eyes gloss over as she squeezes your hand tightly in hers. "I love you so much," She confesses with an emotional chuckle.
Her whole life, Lin's been the one to protect and care for others, so being on the receiving end is odd. An overwhelming amount of unfamiliar sensations spread across her body.
She plants adoring kisses on both of your hands with a warm smile spreading across her lips. You love seeing her happy like this: content and relaxed. She's done more than enough to earn some appreciation.
The two of you chat over dinner, delving into why she feels so hesitant about your relationship. It was long, but you are glad she finally opened up to you. You never want to push her in a way that would make her feel uncomfortable. She's been through a lot, and you solely want to help in her journey of self-discovery. Lin's tough as nails, so this won't be an easy feat, though you have all the faith in her.
After dinner, you guide her to bed, holding her hand gingerly in yours. You lay her down over the covers, letting her chuckle a bit in her nerves and excitement. All your focus is on her and worshiping her the whole way through. She deserves every ounce of praise you give between tender kisses.
Nothing in this world is worth more than seeing her adorable blush and embarrassed smile as you prepare her for what's to come. In the end, you were finally able to put some of her most prominent worries to rest.
