"Just spread it evenly around the cake. I'll be back whenever, don't mess it up." Hermione called as she followed the others out the door for a walk in the snow.

"Yeah, Ron. Don't mess it up." I smirked as he nervously spread the buttercream around the lopsided cake.

"Shut up." He flicked the spatula, sending icing onto my cheek. I gasped, wiping the icing off and throwing it onto his Christmas tree jumper.

"Not my jumper!" He said dramatically, making me laugh. He looked up holding the spatula.

"No, no." I walked backwards slowly, preparing to duck. We circled each other around the table laughing hysterically.

"Don't, please don't." I begged, while giggling nervously.

"I wouldn't, it's for the cake." He stopped mid stride and began to decorate the cake again.

"I don't trust you." I narrowed my eyes, laughing again. Suddenly, more icing landed on my leg.

"Ron!" I wiped the icing off my leg, throwing it towards him, hitting him right in the face.

"I deserved that." He nodded, wiping his face.

"Yeah, you did." I laughed moving closer to see the cake. He kept spreading the icing on messily.

"This is a disaster." He laughed, slapping icing in wherever. I kissed him on the cheek.

"What was that for?" He asked me, dotting a bit of icing in my nose.

"You." I smiled, kissing him again on his other cheek. Then his nose, forehead and chin.

"I love you, Ron Weasley. I really do." I smiled, wrapping my arms around his neck.

"Since when was my girlfriend all sappy like this?" He smiled at me, spinning us in a circle.

"Since now." I smiled kissing him one last time, this time on the lips.

"Merry Christmas, y/n." Ron smiled, before kissing me back.

"Merry Christmas, Ronnie." I smiled, looking behind him at the sad attempt of a cake.

"That's actually a depressing sight." Ron crossed his arms at the plate on the table.
