Sasuke looked at Kakashi, who wanted agreed him to create a new jutsu called Kirin.

"So what is this jutsu supposed to do?" Kakashi asked.

"This jutsu is a lightning natured one. I am planning to use it on Silent Blonde. And I want you to assist me in creating the Jutsu. The idea is that I will draw natural lightning from the thunder clouds to supplement the power of my strike and controls it with my chakra. However, the preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency."

"But what will happen if there are no thunder clouds?"

"Well, I have already considered that Sensei. Of there is no thunder clouds then I will have to create them by powerful fire jutsus to produce the necessary storm conditions." Sasuke said with Kakashi nodding.

"Once a lightning source has been acquired, I will shape and guide the lightning to the target which should require a very little chakra."

"That's actually a genius idea, Sasuke. So what do you want the shape of the lightning to be?"

"A dragon." Sasuke replied giving a smile to Kakashi.

"So what do you need me for?" Kakashi asked.

"Well, since there is no lightning and my chakra will become less if I use the strong fire jutsus. So I need you to do a powerful fire jutsu so that I can try out my idea." Sasuke said with Kakashi nodding.

"As for you chakra limit, you have to enlarge your reserves so as to fight against Silent Blonde. And you must also practice the creation of Kirin by yourself." Kakashi said with Sasuke nodding in understanding.

"I know sensei. Do you know a strong fire jutsu for me." Sasuke asked.

"Why not use your Amaterasu? The one which obtained during your two year training period It is a strong fire jutsu after all. I will provide you my chakra if you finish yours." Kakashi suggested.

"Hm, that's not a bad idea actually. But it will cause too much damage to not only this area but also the whole village. Do you want that to happen, Sensei?" Sasuke said with Kakashi smiling at him.

"No, I was just testing your knowledge on fire release and shanrigan. You actually know a lot about them. Anyways get ready, I will perform the Fire release: Blast Wave Battle Dance which I managed to copy from a random uchiha member. And before you blame me for copyright, well, I had his permission." Kakashi said, winking in the last part.

"Sensei, you know me very well. Anyway, perform that fire release. I am ready for it at anytime." Sasuke said with Kakashi weaving his handsigns.

"FIRE RELEASE: BLAST WAVE DANCE."

3 hours later

The learning from failures and hard work soon started paying off as Sasuke finally managed to summon a lightning dragon from the sky.

The people in the training ground looked at the thunder dragon in awe as it spinned in the air and the moment Sasuke willed it to make a nosedive on the ground, it quickly came rushing down from the cludy sky. It crashed on an unoccupied training ground in the east and was followed by a blasting sound wave which was very loud. It shattered the windows all across Konoha.

Tsunade came rushing to the training ground to deal with the madman who dared to do so much damage.

Long story short, Sasuke and Kakashi got a mouthful from Tsunade and the villagers. They also had to pay for the damage they caused.

But despite this, Sasuke was the most satisfied man in the world that day. He just managed to make the most lightning Jutsu which even Kumo will not be able to do so.
