"They really hate me." Chase chuckled, after hearing that conversation, Chase needed to get away from the Lookout for now and decided to take a walk. Chase decided to walk to a recognizable bridge, he remembered he and the rest of the Paw Patrol had to save some guy from his truck which was dangling off of a bridge, right before he had to leave for Adventure City.

Chase looked out into the open ocean and stared at it, with a smile and his tears were dried up on his face.

"I knew I was a bit of a pain, but man, that really hurt." Chase said with a slight laugh. Chase then looked down on the ocean, still smiling at the traveling water.

Flash Back

"Don't know dude. Sometimes, I wish that we didn't have him as the leader or police pup on the team. I know that's a bit hawsh, but c'mon, his authowity is really annoying. I wish we didn't have someone like that on our team."

Flash Back Ends

That sentence stung Chase the most. His best friend, all of his other friends and Skye...his crush, all agreed on that.

Everyone would be better off without me. Ryder, Marshall, Zuma, Rocky, Everest, Rubble...Skye. Chase thought to himself, then he began laughing.

"Hahahaha! They'd all probably throw a party If I was gone. They'd be better off without me." Chase laughed.

He kept on laughing as he climbed the metal fence, and slowly climbed on the other side of it and looked down back at the water, still smiling.

"Hehe. They would all be happy..." Chase chuckled as a couple of tears streamed down his face again. He stared coldly at the water drizzling below, even though it was an ocean, it looked like a river from the top of the bridge, slowly following the flow to wherever it goes.

"If I was gone." Chase finished and before he was about to jump, he quickly remembered something from their conversation.

Flash Back

"I guess I just pity him. I mean, he has an awesome life and all, and of course being the leader, but the way that he acts and being so bossy is so unnecessary."

"Well I'm just happy we're all on the same page."

Flash Back Ends

Chase then giggled at that memory.

"Unnecessary, huh?" Chase repeated, then, out of nowhere, Chase carefully turned around and climbed back over to the bridge. Maybe he had it all wrong?

It's happening again Chase thought to himself, and he quickly remembered. They really hate me. So...I'll make sure to change. Chase smirked.

"Fine. If that's what they want, then I'll give it to them." Chase said.

Adventure Bay

Chase was walking through some shops as he noticed the clothing store. Chase grinned and walked inside.

First, It's time that I try something new Chase thought to himself as he looked down at his hoodie. He entered the store and there was a universe filled with clothes. This is where Chase bought his blue hoodie from which he wore almost all the time. Chase figured that if it was time to make some changes, then it's better to start physically first. The pups don't like the hoodie that he wears, right? So now, he's gonna get a different one.

Chase went through the counter and stood by it as he looked up at the hung-up hoodies that were made for dogs. Chase squinted his eyes to get a better look and came across one hoodie that caught his eye.

A black, long sleeved hoodie with white strip of lines down the near end of the sleeves. Luckily, that one was made for dogs and Chase got excited and noticed a worker coming to him behind the counter.

"Aren't you a cute little puppy? What'll it be?" She asked in a sweet tone, Chase then smiled and pointed to the black hoodie.

"Can I get that one please?" He asked politely and the lady looked over and smiled and nodded to him and went over to pick up the hoodie. Chase got excited when she placed it on the counter.

"That'll be forty dollars, please." She said and Chase dug into his pockets and his face dropped when he realized something. He spent the rest of his money on buying apples for Mayor Humdinger. Chase mentally groaned. He spent his last hard work money on helping Humdinger.

"Is something wrong?" The worker asked as she noticed Chase's face drop and Chase slowly looked up to her with a bit of a state of shock and sadness.

"U-Uh...sorry, neverminded, I don't have any money." Chase stuttered in a sad tone and he turned around and was about to leave, until...

"It'll be on me. I'll buy it for him."

Chase turned around and saw the worker taking money from a person and proceeded to put the hoodie in a bag and Chase looked over at the person and his eyes widened when he saw who was buying the hoodie for him.

Helga Humdinger

"M-Mrs. Humdinger? W-What're you-?" Chase stuttered.

"Please, call me Helga and besides, you're an adorable dog, how can I not?" She said in a motherly tone and Chase just stared at her in shock.

Both Helga and Chase walked out of the store as Helga handed Chase the bag with the hoodie.

"I-I don't know how to repay you, I promise, I'll-" Once again, Chase was interrupted.

"Please, I don't want you to pay me back. You've done a good deal for me." She said and upon seeing the German Shepherds confused face, she decided to explain.

"My son told me about you. Honestly, I was quite surprised." Helga said.

"Wait, what did Mayor Humdinger tell you?" Chase asked and Helga looked at Chase weirdly, like he should've known. She then giggled, He may be a police dog, but he's also oblivious. It's adorable though, I'll admit.

"Here, why don't you walk with me?" She asked and began walking on the sidewalk. Chase hesitated at first, he looked back at the sight of the Lookout and back at Helga.

But, he did have a lot of time to kill, so he decided to walk by Helga and let her explain.
