Ch 188: I'm not convinced

Malik's pov

I was making dinner when Matilda came into the kitchen. " Hey, Malik."

" Hey, you come on time my savior, take care of the dinner Pete's lasagna is in the oven... I need to go on a date." I gave her the soup ladle with the grater

" I'll take care of that, go get ready, she is in Heaven's house." She took them

" Thank you, savior." I ran out of the kitchen

I showered, dressed up, said goodbye to my brothers and Elda then walked to my house. I opened the garage revealing my cars and my precious motorcycle... It's been eons since the last time I used it... The last time I used it, it was when Dad had caught me racing in the street. He prevented me from using it.

I put my helmet on and took an extra one for Diana. I bought some stuff for dinner then drove towards Heaven's house. She came out after I texted her. She was wearing a yellowish beige dress, reached under her knees with a black crop leather jacket, sneakers, and a simple double necklace. She was gorgeous as usual.

" Hey, beautiful." I said nicely as we shared a kiss

We pulled away, held each other's hand, and walked to the motorcycle. She saw the motorcycle and her eyes widened

" No way." She said with fear in her eyes

" Yep, don't worry, I mastered driving this so trust me." I said as I put the helmet on her head

" This is insane." She mumbled

" Come on, you will change your mind, I won't speed up."

" Ugh, I have no choice." She tried to get in but she couldn't

I helped her, got in the front, and started the motorcycle

" Ohh!" She yelled, " Nicolas, no, this is so scary."

" Just wrap your hand around me." I said as I took her hands and put them around my waist

I began driving. She just clinched her fists around my jacket and placed her head on my back, closing her eyes. I chuckled slightly

" Nicolas pull over, please." She said with her voice trembling

" Look up first."

" Nick, I'm dying."

" Nope, you are fine."

" Pull over."

" You know what you have to do."

" Such a jerk!" She said, " Okay, I'll do that."

" Yeah, At three... ... 2... 3."

She opened her eyes and looked around, she felt the wind hitting her face and the Adrenaline reached her head

" Oh my! Amazing!"

" I know."

I pressed the brake suddenly and she bumped into me, startled after shouting. I laughed as I returned to drive normally and she hit my back

" Stop this."

I took her to the designated place after, It was well decorated with a nice table filled with hot food in front the beach

" Nicolas." She smiled widely at the surprise, looking at me

" Come in ma'am... Thank you for accepting my invitation." I held her hand, guiding her to her seat

We had our dinner, talking about some random stuff and joking then I took her to the motorcycle again

" So drive."
