ch 162: Some basic mutual respect

Luke's pov

I woke up in the morning and my mood wasn't as great as usual. My brothers are still mad at me and this time it doesn't seem like they are gonna forgive me easily.

I did my morning routine got ready took my stuff and went downstairs only Pete and Heaven were there

" Morning Pete, Morning Eve." I said to them both and looked at the breakfast

Woah! all the best cuisine plated in front of me... I looked at them surprised. Did Heaven make it? Or Malik or Marc? Well, Marco is out of option because it's not green everywhere

My thought was interrupted by a sudden angelic voice, " Morning Luke, don't just stare, sit down and eat."

I turned around to see Matilda here. She prepared it all, I was so glad

" Morning Elda... It's so good to see you here!" I said happily

" Yeah to see you too, man." She put the plates on the table and hugged me

I hugged her back and then look at heaven

" Okay so Elda, meet Heaven my girlfriend and Heaven meet Matilda... Marco's fiancee." I happily introduced them while Pete smiled cheekily

Thousand times better start for the morning!

" She told me and helped me set the table, you are so lucky to have this beautiful." She said, pinching my side lightly

" Marco's fiancee?" Heaven asked with widen eyes

" Yep, she is... You didn't know?"

" She didn't tell me, and well, I didn't expect that one of your brothers would have a fiancee, especially Marco." She said honestly

" Ohh, where are they?" I asked Pete

I can't bear them being mad at me

" Marco is still asleep in his room and Malik is probably still asleep too." Pete said, smiling at me

" Go, wake them but don't tell them I'm here." Matilda said

" Sure." I said but I was kind of scared of waking them up

Who knows they won't like my presence this early in the morning... but what's wrong with giving it a try... I went to Cole's room first and shook him slightly

" Wake up Marc... It's time for breakfast, wake up and come down please." I said, not wanting to piss him off this early in the morning

" I'm awake Luke." He said out of sudden

I flinched because I didn't expect it. " Oh good morning." I said

" Morning." He said as he sat on his bed and gazed at me

I waited for him to say something

" Who cooked? This odor is so nice... Making my mouth drip... Don't tell me Heaven." He said calmly

" Go check yourself, I am gonna wake Malik up " I replied nicely

" This is a very nice answer... 'Go check yourself'." He said as he left his bed and walked into the bathroom slamming the door

I flinched at the impact, I didn't mean it that way... I just... My luck playing tricks with me

I got out and made my way to Malik's room... I hope nothing goes wrong here... I shook him slightly too and said, " Wake up Malik... come down for breakfast"

Even on normal days waking him up is a big task and now that I have fucked up big and good... I am very cautious with him.
