2. Welcome To Your School

Tzuyu's PoV

"Dad!" I screamed as I saw the wild bear is very close to my father.

I can sense that he is struggling also. Just by that, my feet works.

I run to the bear and pushed it off without sweat.

"Dad." I called and helped him to stand up. As he able to stand up, I thought we could run away now.

But the bear grabbed my waist throwing me to a big tree.

I heard the crack of the tree trunk. I immediately recover as I saw that the bear is not done with me.

It run towards me with its sharp claws. I knew that it's purpose is to attack me within this minute but when I need my dark side to show up, it didn't.

I dodged the claws with my arm which is a stupid thing to do. My arms are bleeding wild, and the burning sensation from my arms is making me awake.

As the bear about to attack again, I stopped it by holding their paws with my strength. As I able to grab it on my hand, I kicked it's tummy.

"Dad! Get in the car!" I yelled as I saw him stuck on his place.

He snapped and did just like what I said. I heard the car started which made me put in relief.

"Now you." I said and turned my attention to the bear.

The sudden feeling of being superior is now running on my bloodstream. I can feel my eyes starting to be darker and my steps towards the bear is getting closer and closer.

But before I could do what I am thinking to do on that bear. We made an eye contact making it stopped growling and stare in my eyes with fear.

I paused but didn't remove my eyes on it.

"Run!" I growled making it to run away from us.

The sudden fear of that bear made me realize that I am the superior. And its eyes begging to spare its life made me satisfied.

I didn't stay in this place for long as I run towards the way where my parents went and saw their car immediately.

They stopped so I could catch up. I got in the car as soon as I got close.

"She's bleeding." Mom said

"It's nothing. Let's go before they'll comeback." I just said.

I get a cloth on my bag and covered the scar that I got.

"Thank you." Dad said which made me stop on what I am doing and looked at him.

"No problem, dad." I said with smile as if I am not the monster that they are also afraid of.

Not so long we arrived on our destination. A gigantic gate stopped us made me think we are here.

Dad went out of the car to push the doorbell of the gate. Until someone spoke.

"I'm Chou Sejun. The principal is expecting us to be here." I heard my dad said.

The gate unlocked, allowing us to get inside. Dad walked back the car as he drive the car inside.

I heard the gate closed behind as we got in. And the first thing I noticed in this place is it's full of trees even in here.

Dad continued to drive until we saw a huge building in front of us. He parked his car and not so far, a lady who's in mid 30's waiting for us.

"We're here." Dad said.

I left the car to get my things in the truck while dad and mom greeted the lady who's waiting for us.

"Good afternoon Mr. Chou. I'm Hong Ijun, the principal of this school." I heard she said.

I walked to them, carrying my backpack and dragging my two luggages.

"She's my daughter, Chou Tzuyu." Dad said.

"Nice to meet you, young lady. Welcome to your new school." She said with warm smile.

Her gaze landed on my arms and noticed the shirt that I used to covered my bleed arm.

"What happened?"

"We encountered a wild bear." Mom said.

"Oh, follow me." She said.

Mom helped me pulling the other luggage as we walked and follow the principal.

We entered another gate and this time, I can say it's a school since there are people who's same age as me walking around the field outside the exact school.

"Nayeon." The principal called a girl who passed by.

"Good afternoon, Ms. Hong. How may I help you?"

"Have you seen Y/N?"

"No Ms. Hong. She's probably with Chaeyoung and Dahyun."

"Can you call her and tell her to go to my office. I just have to welcome our visitors."

"No problem, Ms. Hong." The girl named Nayeon as she bowed to the principal and looked at me before leaving.

"Let's go? We should treat her wound." The principal said.

We followed her and entered the school. We went to a room, I bet it was her office.

"Are you alright? Are you feeling anything?" She asked me, making me sit on the couch.

"I'm fine, this is nothing."

"Are you sure? We'll send you later in clinic if you can still hold it. Now, I just want to talk with you and your parents. Sign papers and submit files that you need for you to be officially enrolled." She said.

I remained on the couch as she said she'll talk to my parents first on her desk. But obviously, due to what I am. I can still hear them.

"Don't worry Mr. Chou, your daughter is safe here. She'll graduate like a normal student. Just like our goal, we want our students to be that students outside this school."

Not so long a knock interrupted their talk. The door went open as the principal gave the signal.

Then, a girl walked in with the same smile as the principal. They even looked related.

"Good afternoon, Ms. Hong. You called me?"

"Yes. Come here." The principal said.

"Tzuyu, please join us." The principal added as she looked at me.

I did what she said and stood between my parents. The girl who walked in stood beside the principal seat.

And seeing them closely made me recognize their resemblance to each other.

"Y/N, these are Mr. and Mrs. Chou. And that's their daughter, Chou Tzuyu. I want you to go with her to the clinic so the school nurse can treat her wound."

"It's really nothing. I just want to be in my room." I said without hesitation.

I felt dad looked at me which made me shut my mouth like a coward.

"Oh, okay... But we need to clean your wound. I'll send the nurse on your room. Y/N please bring your roommate to your room."

"Roommate?" I asked.

I looked at dad as if asking if I heard it right.

"Unfortunately since your daughter enrolled late, we can't give her a solo room. You know, it's in the middle of first quarter and we just want to help since you asked us nicely."

"Besides there are some students who also have their roommates. And Y/N here is the best roomate you'll have." She said proudly.

The girl just smiled and nodded as she looked at me.

"It's okay, Tzuyu. Go with her now." Dad said.

"But dad-"

"You're not going to do what you did to your former classmates, right?" Mom asked.

I mean, I don't know?

"So, let's go?"
