14. Know You Better

Your PoV

It's already seven at night when Tzuyu's group decided to end what they are doing and continue it for tomorrow. Since they can't finish the projet by one day, they planned continue it tomorrow after class.

"Thank you again for letting us do the project here, Y/N. Also for your books, they are big help." Eunwoo said.

"I told you it's nothing. I just wanted to help since Momo and Tzuyu are my friends." I said, making sure that Tzuyu can hear what I said.

"Yeah, we'll go now. So, are we going to continue here tomorrow?" Momo asked.

"Up on you guys."

"Okay, much better if we'll do it here. It's not a bother if we'll leave the project here, right?" Momo asked.

"I'll just keep it on my table so nothing bad will happen on it." Tzuyu said.

After that, Eunwoo and Momo decided to go. I bid goodbye on them as I closed the door behind.

As I looked at Tzuyu, she's cleaning the mess that we made a while ago. The plastics and wrappers of snacks that we ate.

"Let me help you." I presented.

"No, it's okay. I'll manage this." She said.

I just let her since she insisted.

Not so long, the telephone ring song I picked it.

"Hello, this is Hong Y/N."

[Y/N, you didn't go to my office a while ago."]

I suddenly remember that I forgot to go to mom's office after class. It's actually my everyday routine after class. Just also a short time with mom.

"Oh sorry mom, I forgot. I came back to dorm right after the dismissal because I helped Momo's group with their project." I said.

["Is that so? How was your day?"]

"It was good. I'll go to your office tomorrow morning so we can have breakfast together."

["Okay, take a rest. Goodnight."]

"Goodnight too, mom, I love you."

I put back the telephone and looked at Tzuyu who's done cleaning the floor.

"Woah, I am really happy that you are my roommate." I said and go to my bed.

"And you know what, I say that you're not a bad roommate. You're also not a bad classmate since you helped a lot in your project."

"Are you watching me the whole time?" She said as she put her things on her table.

"Sort."

"You're creepy." She mumbled as she walked in the bathroom.

"Well I'm just curious on how you work on other people. Witnessing that one is such a huge discovery." I said even tho she's inside now.

She didn't reply so I thought maybe I just need to talk to her again as she came out of the bathroom.

But then, I felt so tired suddenly. My eyes are giving up and wanted to close, before I could know, I am already sleeping.

Tzuyu's PoV

After I took a quick shower, I went out of the bathroom. The first thing I noticed is Y/N on her bed already sleeping.

It's already evening but I haven't eat any but the chips that Y/N and Momo gave. To think, I never had anything good since I got here.

Since there's still a time, I decided to go down to the cafeteria. I am pretty sure it's still open.

As I did, I saw that they are still serving dinner. I get one and paid for it then walked in a vacant table.

I chose the one closes to the window. I can see the school field and I just realized how big this school is. I am still not sure about this school. It's pretty big. There are two dorms, one for boys and girls.

I've been here for three days and the only important person I met are just few. Only two actually, Y/N's mom as she's the principal, and Y/N herself as the president. Although I think I encountered some members of Student council, my real concern is the teachers and other members of this school that is not a students.

Why? Because this school is huge and I am sure they need more hands to manage this kind of place.

After I finished eating my food and stayed for an hour, I left the cafeteria to go back to the room. I fixed the important things on my desks.

For some reason, I don't feel sleepy nor tired. I just sat near the window to watch the view outside.

Hours passed, I am still awake. It's almost midnight, but I can't still sleep. I am just watching the silent field outside.

Suddenly, I heard a sudden movement and gasped not outside the room but inside where I am.

I looked back and saw Y/N sitting on her bed now.

I looked again to make sure and saw that she woke up in the middle of her sleep.

Suddenly, her eyes landed on me. It feels like she's catching something and the only thing she caught was me.

"Tzuyu." She called with worries in her voice.

I immediately sense that it's not a normal call. I sat on my bed, not facing her as I don't want to see the emotions flowing in her eyes.

"I had a dream... A very bad dream." She said.

"Next time don't eat too much junk foods. That affects, you know?" I just said.

As I looked at her, she sighed deeply and held her chest as if it's something that she doesn't want to happen.

After a while, she calmed herself. She stood up to get a glass of water on the water dispenser that we have in this room. She walked to her bed and sat there, facing me.

"Why are you still awake?" She asked.

I was running my eyes on the book that I am reading while I am under my blanket so I didn't really care to answer.

"You know, it's okay if you won't answer me. But I won't stop talking to you until one day, you'll answer me and we became friends." She said.

"What made you think that answering you will make us be friends?" I asked, not throwing a look on her.

"Coz... Isn't it where it starts? By communication? So I understand. Maybe you're not just used on talking to someone. Well I used to be like you when I was a baby. Well not really, as I was born a talker."

"Obviously." I mumbled.

"Tzuyu, what are your plans after you graduate?" She asked which made me stopped.

What are my plans? Do I have any?

"I'll probably throw a party since I'll be out of this school." I just said.

"You really don't want to be here, right?"

"Going to school is not my favorite. What more on staying next to my school?" I said.

"Well you got a point. Sometimes when I really wanna ditch the class, I can't since I know I'll be caught." Y/N said.

"See? If you stay like that, we might get something in common. Might..."
