21. Officially Friends (1)

Third Person

It's already lunch time and just like what Y/N promised, she visited Tzuyu again, but this time with Momo, Chaeyoung, and Dahyun.

"Hello Tzuyu!" They grreted as they walked in the clinic.

"What are you doing here?" Tzuyu asked, as she's also surprised.

"Visiting you, duh? Didn't I tell you that I'll come back by lunchbreak?" Y/N said.

"YOU said... You didn't tell me that you'll bring them."

"Hey Tzuyu, we want to check on you too. As if we are not groupmates! Of course we are worried too." Momo said.

Tzuyu looked at the two who's standing between Y/N and Momo.

"Come on, we just wanted to make friends. Whoever Y/N's friend is also our friend." Chaeyoung said.

"We bought you lunch. I know you're feeling boring right here. So I decided to bring them too."

"Your noise is enough, why did you bother to bring more?" Tzuyu said.

"Wowww, this girl is really unbelievable." Momo sighed.

"Aishh, let's stop, okay? We're here to eat." Y/N said.

They all gathered up around Tzuyu. Tzuyu sat up as Y/N gave her her meal.

"Woah, this is our first lunch with Tzuyu. I'm feeling so honored!" Chaeyoung said.

Tzuyu just ignored them as she started to eat. Suddenly she stopped as everyone is looking at her.

"What?"

"Nothing, let's eat! Thank you for the food!" Y/N said and they all continued to eat.

While eating, Tzuyu can't help but to gaze at each of them. She knows that it is something she's not used to experience but now that she's feeling it, she feels so weird.

"I really want some action to start right now. The school year is getting boring in the middle of the quarter. I hope there will be some fun." Chaeyoung said.

"The student council will have a meeting next week. Mom surely has something important to announce. Let's just wait." Y/N said.

"But you know what I am waiting, the annual showdown! I can't wait to see our powers again!" Dahyun squealed out of excitement.

Meanwhile, Tzuyu was so busy on her thoughts that she didn't even hear what they are saying.

"It's just sucks that we can't use them unless that annual showdown comes." Chaeyoung said.

"Well I'm excited to know about Tzuyu." Momo said which made Tzuyu snapped.

"Huh?"

"Oh, yeah, she's not listening." Momo said.

"Come on guys, Tzuyu just want to eat peacefully. I think we should not talk about it here." Y/N said.

"Y/N, may I talk to Ms. Hong? I just want to ask if she happened to talk to my dad last time." Tzuyu said.

"Oh, sure. I'll tell mom." Y/N said.

"I guess your mom is pretty busy. I heard they had meeting with the school directors." Momo said.

"Yeah, that only means they are discussing new rules. You know that they only do that when they are implementing new rules." Y/N said.

"Well, I am still hoping that there's fun happening before the year ends." Chaeyoung said.

After they had their lunch, Y/N and the others bid goodbye on Tzuyu to go to their next class. But before Y/N go, she asked the nurse if Tzuyu can go back to the dorm already.

Luckily she's allowed to go back to the dorm after some few check ups. So expecting that by the time Y/N come back to dorm, Tzuyu is already there.

The time had passed, Y/N and her friends finished the day without sweat. They all went back to their dorms while Y/N went to her mother's office.

She knocked first and enter. Unlike the usual, she saw her mother sitting at her table while reading some files.

"Good afternoon, mom. My class ust ended. Are you still busy?" Y/N asked.

Her mother looked at her, put down her eyeglasses and smiled at the latter.

"No, not really. How's your day?" She asked as she turned down her laptop and walked to Y/N and gave her a hug.

"It was great, we visited Tzuyu and ate with her during lunch." Y/N informed.

"We?"

"Oh, Momo, Chaeyoung, and Dahyun. They all came for Tzuyu. Surprisingly she didn't kick them out. I guess she's slowly getting use to it." Y/N chuckled.

"That's good.How is she?"

"She's fine, I guess she's back in our dorm. Also, I came here since she wants to talk to you. I was just want to make sure that you're not busy." Y/N informed.

Her mother nodded as she think first

"Okay, tell her to meet me tomorrow before class."

"Okay, I'll tell her."

"Anyway, Y/N, have you... Already find out what's her power?" Her mother asked which made Y/N pout.

"Not yet. I wanted to ask her but many things happened. Why?"

"Nothing, I am just curious."

"So am I. I just think it will be inappropriate if I'll ask her straight. Especially now that we just became friends." Y/N said.

"That's right."

"Anyway, I'll go now, mom. I still have to check on my new friend and make bonding time with her." Y/N said excitedly.

"Okay, have fun."

"Thank you mom, have a great time!" Y/N said before leaving her mother's office.

She left the school and went straight to the dorm. As she entered, she saw Tzuyu on her bed and reading her book.

"I'm home."

"I know, I can hear your steps." Tzuyu mumbled as she rolled her eyes.

"Hey Tzuyu, I've been wondering ehat are you reading? Is that a novel?"

"No."

"Then what?"

"Recipe book."

Y/N frowned and looked at the book that Tzuyu is reading. It's a novel.

"Funny."

Tzuyu just shrugged as she continued reading her book.

"Anyway, mom said you can go to her office tomorrow before class. Since I always go there, maybe we can go there together. What do you think?"

"I prefer walking alone."

"But you're not alone anymore. We are friends, remember?"

Tzuyu stopped and dropped her book just to look at Y/N's eyes.

"Fine."

"Great. Oh wait, funny thing, yesterday morning, I thought I saw your eyes different. Woah, this is the first time I saw the color of your eyes, beautiful." Y/N said as she leaned.

Tzuyu immediately averts her eyes as she grabbed her book and covered her face.

Y/N laughed because of Tzuyu's reaction. She didn't mean to make the latter shy, she just want to compliment her.
