94. Going Back

Tzuyu's PoV

"You should go to sleep. We'll be going on a long ride tomorrow." I said to Y/N as Jihyo left us in this free room.

It's been hours and I know it's already late. I still can't recover over what happened in the house. As if I have no choice but to accept it all.

I mean I have to because no one will stand for Y/N and I. I know she's caught up with the situation too. She seen the happening first.

"I can't... I don't know how to sleep with all of these happenings. I can't even close my eyes as I remember what happened to us... To granny. We didn't able to save her." Y/N said as she started to cry.

"We're the ones who have power to save them. But look at us? All we did is save ourselves."

"Shh, don't say that. Don't blame ourselves. I'm sure granny doesn't want us in trouble too. No one expected this to happen. Even you."

"I should have seen it! I can't understand why I didn't see that coming!"

"Y/N, please. We can't blame ourselves anymore. It already happened. No one wants what happened." I said as I pulled her to me and hugged her.

"We are tired for fighting and saving ourselves. Without us, they won't know that the vampire started their attackings already. Let's take a rest, shall we? We need energy in case we have to fight again."

I looked at Y/N and wiped her tears away. As she laid on the bed, I also did the same and pulled her closer.

"Please sleep well. I'm just right here for you."

I woke up and felt I somehow got a sleep after last night. When I looked beside me, I saw Y/N too who's still sleeping. I know that she needs rest so I didn't wake her yet.

Since it's morning, I decided to leave the room and look for Jihyo. As I stepped out of the room, I can already hear her talking to her father. Not around the room but at the living room.

I walked there slowly, not wanting to make my presence seen but I guess Jihyo has the same sensitivity when it comes to people around her.

"Is Y/N awake?"

"Not yet, is it fine if she'll take more rest for a bit? She had a hard time sleeping last night." I said.

"By the way good morning, Mr. Park." I said and looked at Jihyo's father.

"I'm going to go back to school with them. You don't need to worry because I'll be with my friends too." Jihyo said to her father.

"They're coming too?"

"We need them just in case." Jihyo said.

"Just make sure you're doing this for something worthy, Jihyo." Her father said which made me frowned.

As he left, it's just me and Jihyo. I didn't bother to conceal my curiosity and asked her what's with that attitude of his father.

"You don't need to know."

"Why not?"

"Because." She just said.

But that doesn't make me satisfied. It made me more curious for some reason. Not so long Y/N went out of the room where we stayed. She saw me waiting in the living room, we're actually waiting for the others as Jihyo said they're coming.

"Did you have a good sleep? The breakfast is ready." Jihyo said on Y/N.

"I guess... Anyway thank you for letting us stay here."
