34. Less Talk

Tzuyu's PoV

It's almost dinner but Y/N is still outside. I'm here in the room as I wonder about the lesson we just had for our history class. I must admit that I forgot about it for some time when we were in our last subject. But now, I feel like I have to study for something.

That thing...

"Is it possible that I am a werewolf?" I asked myself.

I knew exactly what I saw the time I transformed. And that is exactly the same as what I saw in the picture.

"But they were all gone."

The door went open and I saw Y/N carrying snacks with her.

"You walked out and came back from the cafeteria?" I said but she didn't reply to me.

She just sat on her bed as she opened her bag of chips.

"If you get a bad dream again, I wouldn't be surprised."

"As if you care." She whispered.

"I do care, I know you'll wake up in the midnight and you'll blabber about it knowing I don't get enough sleep and stay up until midnight."

"Then sleep. I don't need you to listen to me." She said and turned her back.

I frowned as she kept on throwing me that attitude.

Over a practice that I didn't choose her to be with? I literally got a wound after that subject. As if I am thankful that I ditched her.

"You know you're being mad for unreasonable reasons right now." I said.

"Oh yeah? You didn't even know my reason yet." She said sounding salty.

"So I'm right, you're mad." I said which made her quiet.

"Just because I didn't partner up with you a while ago?"

"Tzuyu, you literally know that Jihyo and I are not fine. I would understand if that is somebody else. What do you think will I feel?!"

"I don't know, maybe if you told me instead being grumpy since you arrive." I said which made her scoffed.

"Fine! I'm so mad, call it overreacting but you should know that you just hurt my feelings. You chose the person who hates me, and the fact that you know that hurts more!"

"I have no choice!"

"You have, Tzuyu!"

I just looked at her as she's boiling mad right now. Then suddenly, someone knocked in. I stood up and open it to see Mina.

"Hi, uhm... Is Y/N is there? Principal Hong wants to talk to her... There is someone who complained about her and reported it to Ms. Hong."

I looked back and saw Y/N already out of her bed.

"I'll go there, thank you, Mina." Y/N said and walked ahead.

As she left, it's just me and Mina standing on our doorway.

"What happened? Is she in trouble?"

"I guess, she threatened the girl next door. She heard them talking bad about you."

"Me?"

"Yeah. That's them." Mina said and looked at the group of girls walking towards us.

"I'll go, see you around." Mina said and left.

I looked at those girls who's walking closer and as they saw me, they laughed and whispered to each other as if I don't hear them.

As they arrived in their room, they entered like nothing happened.

I decided to leave the room and go to the cafeteria, hoping I'll see Momo and the others.

I must be zoning out a while ago that I didn't really know what happened when Y/N left the room.

As I got in there, I saw Momo and Dahyun.

"Where's Chaeyoung?"

"She's just out there, she doesn't want to eat. Where's Y/N?" Momo asked.

I looked at them and told them what happened.

"Are you serious? But why?" Momo asked.

"Mina said she threatened a girl next to our room."

"Threatened about what?" Dahyun asked.

"Tch, I know Y/N. She won't bite if you didn't bite first." Momo said which made Dahyun and I looked at her confusedly.

"I mean she won't engage a fight if you didn't started it. Duh, I'm trying to use smart words here." Momo said.

"Yeah, that's right. I wonder what happened, didn't you know? You can hear everything." Dahyun said which made me looked at her in disbelief.

"I didn't, I was busy thinking about something..." I said. Well, it's half lie, I do know. But I didn't heard it, Mina said it.

"It's only three things, either that girl said bad words towards the school, principal, or us."

"Us?"

"Her friends. Y/N doesn't want that. You know the last time we said honest things about the school, I know she got mad about that." Momo said.

"Well you're totally right. Y/N is just... Too sensitive with that. But it's our wrong too, she grew up here. We should know that this is not just a school for her." Dahyun said.

I just listened to them as they continue to talk. I honestly don't know what to do. I know that I hurt her feelings. And I didn't even consider it.

"Let's not worry, as if this is not the first time this happened. Y/N will get through this." Momo said.

"Are you sure?" I asked.

"Yep, she just have to do some community service for a day. Y/N likes doing that stuff."

"Yeah." Dahyun agreed.

After that, I walked back to the room. I took a quick shower to get ready for sleep. As I finished, I went out and saw Y/N on her bed, eating what she didn't finish a while ago.

I walked to my bed and tucked myself in. Closed the lights and closed my eyes as I wait for something.

Only the sound of her chewing is the thing I hear. I don't want to open my eyes again and I don't even know what to tell her too. So I just continued what I did. I faced on my side and dip into my sleep.
