95. Got Your Back

Tzuyu's PoV

I'm here sitting next to Y/N as we are still in the car. I already expected that we'll be having a long ride. When I looked at Y/N, I saw her sleeping right on my shoulder. I just let her as I know that she barely got a sleep. Well both of us actually.

"How long is it before we get to the school?" I heard Nayeon asked.

Some of the girls are also having their own time. Some are sleeping, while Jeongyeon, and Jihyo are wide awake as they are sitting at the front seat.

"About an hour. Need a bathroom break?" Jeongyeon asked.

"No." Nayeon simply said.

I just ignored them and looked at Y/N again. She's sleeping calmly unlike last night that even if we were on Jihyo's house, she can't still sleep properly.

I grabbed her hand and intertwine it to mine as I gently removed the strands of hair that covers her face.

She may not say it to me but I know aside from worrying and thinking about granny, she also thinks about me. Like, granny is the only family I could run to, and now, this is what happening.

For some reason, I don't feel so much affected. I don't know if it's because I haven't spent time with granny for long. But that's not the thing, I knew that granny was genuine when she showed all her care to me.

That's why I don't understand why I barely feel any sadness after what happened. It's just... Scary at the same time.

Suddenly, mu thoughts were cut as I heard Y/N. My eyes immediately checked if she's awake but only to find out that her eyes are close. Frown is starting to form on her face. Along with discomfort sounds she's releasing made me wonder maybe she's having a dream or it's part of her seeing predictions again.

"Who's that?" I heard Nayeon asked as she probably heard Y/N too.

Some of the awake girls looked too as if they are searching who's that only to find out it's Y/N.

"Y/N, Y/N wake up." I calmly called.

I felt her squeezed on my hand which made me more sure about my conclusion.

"You're dreaming." After a few tap on her shoulder, she opened her eyes with tears already on it.

Her eyes first dropped to mine which leads a relief on her after a second.

She didn't utter a word. She didn't looked around. She just went straight, buried her face right in my neck as she hugged me tightly while panting.

"It's okay, I'm just here." I said as I caresses her back.

I felt eyes looking to me. Not just the girls beside us but also Jeongyeon and Jihyo who are in the front seat, looking through the mirror.

"What happened?" I asked, ignoring them.

She didn't reply but her hugged went more tight. As if she doesn't want to let go.

"Uhm.. ehem! Bathroom break!" Momo exclaimed as Jeongyeon also stopped on a gasoline station.

To my surprise, all of them went out except, Chaeyoung, Mina, and Dahyun as they were sleeping.

"Tell me when you're ready to tell it. Was it precognition again?" I asked.

She slowly nod her head still, hiding her face on my neck.

"Okay..."

I felt my neck getting wetter as for her tears drifting to my neck. But that's only for some minutes when she moved back, showing her face.
