83. Reward

Tzuyu's PoV

"Are you sure you didn't get hurt?" Y/N asked as we left the booth together.

"Of course. I can take a rest since I'm done. But you, are you okay?"

"I guess. It was a fun fight."

"Guys!"

We both looked back and we realized that we left Chaeyoung. She went out of the booth with Jihyo. Jihyo looked at me first before looking at Y/N.

"Congratulations Y/N! You two made a big redemption." Chaeyoung said.

"Well we'll get a perfect score only if you didn't find out about our routine." Jihyo said as she looked at Y/N.

"You did great too, Chaeyoung and Tzuyu." Y/N said.

"Y/N, aren't you gonna congratulate Jihyo?" Chaeyoung asked.

"Huh? Of course... Congrats."

"It was your idea to change the plan. It worked so thanks."

"I guess you better go to your last match?" I said which made Y/N look at me.

"Let's go, I want to watch too."

"Oh, Tzuyu, I'll just look for Dahyun and Momo. I'll see you on the watchers' bench." Chaeyoung said as she left us.

I looked at Jihyo again as she's still standing there waiting for something.

"Let's go?"

"Y/N, can we talk?"

I knew it.

Y/N glanced at me but I just keep my smile as I'm looking away.

"After the last round. We better get to our next match." Y/N said.

"Congrats again. I'll see you later."

After that, Y/N held me on my arm and we walked away.

"You think she has an important thing to say?" I asked.

"I don't know. We'll find out later."

"What if she just wants to talk to you?"

"You'll wait for me, right?"

I smiled and nodded at her. We arrived at her last match which is a ten minute match. Y/N smiled at me first before walking inside the booth.

"Goodluck!"

After that, I walked to the watchers' place. I looked for a good spot to watch. As I found one, I sat there and watched for Y/N's next match.

I don't know but I really can't help but to smile as I watch her from her. Maybe I am proud. I am proud. She's unexpectedly strong even with her bubbly personality.

"Tzuyu."

I looked at the person who called me and saw that it's grandma. I stood at my place and bowed at her as she walked to me.

"Grandma, what are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be on the vip lounge?" I asked as I didn't expect her to go here.

As far as I know, she's part of the school board. That means she's also a judge of this test.

"I know. I just went here after your match. I want to congratulate you."

"But I didn't get up to the final round."

"But you did a great performance. Even if you're holding back. I know you can do more if you're on—"

"Grandma, I don't think we should talk about it here."
