93. Unexpected Guests

Today is the fourth day of me staying in this house. It was quite amusing how we had already done many things on the fourth day. It's already late afternoon as we got home after we went out and roamed around the city, wherever we haven't been to last time.

"I'll just change in my room." Tzuyu said and then walked up to her room while I stayed here with granny.

"Thank you for today again, granny. It was a really fun time to be with you." I said.

"That's nothing. I'm also happy that I got to bond with both of you. That's the least I can do to thank you for making me and Tzuyu close to each other."

"It's her choice, granny. I just support what she wants." I said.

Not so long ago, Tzuyu came back with already changed clothes.

"Let's put these in your room." Tzuyu said as she helped me carry the bags I'm with.

"That's right, have some rest too. I'll be in my room, goodnight." Granny said as she walked to her room.

Tzuyu and I went to my room to put all the things we bought. As much as possible, I don't want to buy anything a while ago. But Tzuyu kept on insisting on getting this stuff. I just knew we'll be having a hard time when we go back to school.

"Are you going to sleep already? I'm pretty sure you're tired." I said to Tzuyu.

"Yup. It was a long day." She said as she slammed on my bed causing me to chuckle.

"Okay, I'll go change too and will sleep after. I'll just put these things up." I said.

As I arranged my stuff, I went so busy that I didn't notice that Tzuyu already fallen asleep. After some minutes, I finished unpacking all the stuff we bought. I walked to the bathroom to have a quick shower and went out fresh with my nightwear.

I was just about to go to bed when I realized I haven't called mom the whole day. I got my phone, went out of the room, called her number and waited till she answered it.

As I was waiting, I was standing outside the room when I heard a loud sound coming from downstairs. In my curiosity, I went down to check it.

My eyes widened as I saw some of the maids were laying on the ground with blood dripping off their necks. I also saw random men standing on the same spot with cloaks on.

And then the next thing that happened was a number of gunshots were heard around the place.

I didn't bother to know what could be happening. I run back to my room and wake Tzuyu who's probably now in a deep slumber.

"Tzuyu wakes up! There are random people downstairs!" I said without saying much as I don't know what's happening either.

Tzuyu came alert and we left our room. As we got outside, a man standing at the staircase was staring at us. I could now tell what they are. As I saw the blood dripping from their teeth, along with their sharp fangs and bloody eyes.

"V-vampires."

"Get granny, I'll handle this."

"Are you sure?!"

"Just go!"

I snapped and ran immediately to granny's room. I wasn't even half way to the room when the vampire ran to me. But before it could get me, Tzuyu jumped over him, transforming into a werewolf.

I saw a glimpse of how she snatched his heart straight to his chest. She didn't think twice to do it.

As I got in granny's room, I realized it was too late. I saw two vampires raging over her body.
