51. Practice?

Tzuyu's PoV

"I guess Y/N had dinner with her mom already. We should go back to our rooms." Momo suggested after we finished eating.

We actually planned to wait for Y/N but then the two, Dahyun and Chaeyoung said that maybe Y/N would stay long with her mom so we decided to eat.

Now we are done, Y/N is still not here, made us conclude that maybe she's having a long time with her mom, considering today is Saturday.

Y/N is really lucky to have her mom beside her. At first I didn't realize it since I don't really care about everyone else. I mean, how could I care? Even myself doesn't get to experience that thing. I don't know what is lucky to not.

But whenever I am with Y/N, she keeps telling stories about how her mom is the best person she could ever have.

So I see that she's lucky. Ms. Hong is not just a good principal but also a good mother to Y/N.

"Anyway, did you already decide what to wear for the soiree?" Momo asked us which made me look at her.

The two seem curious too, so they are listening to Momo.

"I heard black and red was the theme. I'll ask mom to get me a good one." Dahyun said.

"I don't know, I feel like wearing a suit. Damn, I already know how many girls I would pull." Chaeyoung said confidently.

"Well, there's no problem with that. But the thing is, do you have a partner already?"

I just let them talk since I don't have any care about that party. I mean it's a night party. I don't know what could happen to me, especially since I don't  know when I will transform again.

For the past few days, I've been studying myself. To think, I first transformed a few weeks ago. Then the second one was my birthday.

I read that werewolves have their actual age where they transform fully. That is when they are fully ready to be one.

I could say that the second transformation was to the point where I was fully ready. Considering it was my birthday too.

But the first one is kinda messing me up.

There are many questions running in my head. Those are just some... I still think about me being a werewolf when the teachers even the history taught us that werewolves were long gone.

"Tzuyu, hey, are you listening?" Momo asked which made me snap back.

"Huh?"

"Oh, you're not. I was asking if you're gonna come? Are you going with a dress or you'll get in a suit. I actually suggest you go for a suit, you'll look hot with it."

"Hey, are you fantasizing Tzuyu? That's so creepy." Dahyun said.

"I'm just suggesting,dumb."

"I'm probably not going." I said.

"Huh?!" They uttered in unison.

"I don't think I can go. I have family issues that I have to mind first. I don't think I could ask my parents about the stuff that I'll be needing." I said which left them in shock.

Maybe because I told them about my family. I actually don't have to share it with them. But ever since Y/N and I became close, I managed to practice opening to her with my problems which also maybe made me do it to them too.

"Whatever, forget it." I said.

"Well, if you can't come with that reason, we can help you." Momo said.

"Yeah, what friends are for, right?" Chaeyoung said which made them agree.

"I don't know, I'll think about it."

"Come on, I'm sure Y/N wants you to be there too. Besides, you don't have to worry about having a partner for the dance, we don't care too. We go there for food." Dahyun said.

"I'll think about it. Just see you tomorrow." I said as we arrived at our dorm.

As we bid goodnight, we entered our rooms.

"Hey Tzu."

I was surprised as Y/N walked out of the bathroom who seemed to just get done showering which I didn't expect.

"Oh, did I scare you?" She asked as she chuckled while drying her hair with a towel.

My eyes unconsciously wander her figure which doesn't really happen whenever she goes out from the bathroom after taking a bath or what.

"Y-you're here... We were waiting for you at the cafe."

"Huh? Did I forget to tell you that I'm having dinner with mom too?" She asked as she walked to me still drying up her hair.

My foot halted back which is very unusual.

What the hell is happening?

"Hey are you okay?"

"Y-yeah." I said and walked to my bed. Even if I'm not facing her, I know that she's looking at me. It feels weird.

"So, have you thought about going to the party?" She asked.

This time, I pretended I was reading the book that I got from my side table. Half of my body was tucked under my blanket as I let my eyes do wander the book that I don't even understand by this time.

"Still thinking. Although Momo,Dahyun, and Chaeyoung said I could go. They will help me for the things I need." I said.

"Really?! That's cool! I told you, you got us. They want you to come too! What's stopping you?" She asked.

This time I looked at her.

"I don't have a partner. Even so, I don't know how to dance." I said.

In my surprise, she didn't laugh. She sighed and walked to her closet to hang the towel she used for drying her hair. She walked to me again and drag me out of my bed.

"What are you doing?" I asked completely clueless.

"Teaching you how to dance?" She said.

She gets my hand and casually puts it on her shoulder while my hand was being held by her. As I thought everything is set, I was wrong. She then put her other free hand on my waist which made me flinched in surprise.

"Opps, chill." She said.

"Okay, just imagine I am your partner. You just have to sway while the music is on, relax, okay?" She asked but none of it process to me, as my heart is beating abnormally for some reason.

I don't even know if she could hear it. Because for me, it's really loud. I could say I am thankful that I am the one who have the ability to hear small things and not her.

This is just not so right.
