75. Say It

I went to the underground place after I did what my mom asked me. As I got there, I immediately search for Tzuyu.

Just like I said before, the underground place is pretty big. All students of this school can actually fits in here with still a space in it.

Until now, It's still a question for me how this place was built. And how no one knows about this until the day we found out that there's illegal activities happening here.

I mean, mom might have known, but the real question is, how it started.

It's already been five minutes but I haven't seen Tzuyu around. I saw Momo and immediately go to her to ask if she saw Tzuyu.

"I thought she's with you. I haven't seen her around." Momo said.

"I told her to go here first."

I looked around to find her again. As I was about to leave the place, I saw Jihyo and she also saw me.

I immediately looked away and about to go when Tzuyu came.

"Hey, I was looking for you. Did you just got here now?" I asked.

"Yup, I just had to talk to someone real quick." She said.

I looked back and gladly Jihyo left already. When I felt Tzuyu's hand on my wrist, I looked at her.

"Can you help me with the practice? Chaeyoung and Dahyun said that you're a master when it comes to annual showdown." She said which made me laugh.

"Master? Are you serious?"

"Let's go?" She said as she held me on my hand and walked inside the place again.

I really didn't expect her to hold me like this. I think I could say that it's normal to get shocked since Tzuyu doesn't really do this.

"Since when you learned to hold a hand?" I asked which made her stopped and looked at our hands.

"You don't like it? Fine-"

"No it's okay! I just asked you, what's wrong with you?" I said as she tried to let go of it.

"You're my best friend, so you can do whatever you want." I said which changes her mood.

"Let's just go to practice."

"Okay!"

"Just try to attack me. I'll dodge it."

"Yeah, yeah, I know. As if you can do anything aside that." I said since I know she can't transform.

Just thinking, Tzuyu could be stronger than me. Especially when she's in a werewolf stage. But she just can't use it. We don't know how the other would react to it.

Technically now, we are just practicing her senses and strength.

"Ready?"

"Ready!"

I used my powers to attack her using the things I got behind me. I started with the small ones but I threw it by group. Then as Tzuyu is doing her thing, I readied the large obstacle and threw it on her direction.

As I thought she's not gonna see it, she used her free hand to hold on that thing which made smile in amazement.

"Woah."

"Come on, Y/N, don't stop!" She yelled.

I did as what she said but this time, I used the things she dodged a while ago. I threw it to her from different direction, hoping she wouldn't miss one thing.

"Give it up!"

I fasten my pace as I see that it's all nothing to her. I became very overwhelmed that I didn't notice the incoming obstacle to me.

It was late when I saw that it's flying towards my direction. Although I managed to dodged it by lowering my body.

"Oh my gosh!"

"Y/N!" Tzuyu exclaimed as she walked to me.

"Did I hit you?" She asked.

"Almost, but it's okay. I saw it coming." I just said.

"Go back to your position, let's continue."

"No, it's fine. I think I had enough practice." She said.

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah."

"Okay, I think I am good already." I said.

Suddenly I saw a light bruise on Tzuyu's forehead which made me frown.

"Tzuyu, I think you got hit."

She frowned too as maybe she didn't notice it. She didn't feel it too maybe.

"Let's go and get some ice-"

"It's okay, it doesn't hurt. I must've missed something a while ago." She said.

"What do you mean it's okay? Let's go to the clinic before it swells." I said and dragged her out of the place.

We walked in the school and went straight to the clinic. I went to the nurse's desk and asked if I could have some ice bag while Tzuyu sat on the bed inside the room.

"Here, let me help you." I offered and put the ice bag near to the part where the swelling is.

"I didn't see that I hit you. I'm sorry." I said.

If it's Tzuyu, maybe she would see it because of her power.

"It's okay, I know that you didn't mean to hit me." She said as she chuckled.

"Of course I don't. Does it hurts?" I asked as I looked down at her and saw her eyes were close.

Suddenly, I felt something as my eyes darted her slightly parted lips.

"Ouch-Y/N!"

I snapped out of my thoughts as I realized that I'm hurting Tzuyu.

"Sorry." I said as I halted back.

"It's okay." She said and get my hand that's holding the ice bag and put it slowly on her forehead.

Her hand is supporting my hand so I wouldn't pressed it hard like what I did a while ago.

"Thank you."

"H-huh?"

She looked at me and smiled as she repeated those words again.

"I said thank you."

She removed our hands away from her face, allowing me to see her face clearly. Tzuyu is looking at me as if she has something more to say. And I wasn't wrong.

"Can I tell you something?" She asked with a serious tone which made me respond with just a nod.

"You've been really nice to me. I know you see me as nothing but a trusted friend or a roommate. And lately, I've been thinking if my reactions towards your care to me are even valid. Y/N, I fell for you."

She stood up as my eyes followed her stare at me. I am still in the middle of processing what she just told me when she hugged me, making me able to feel the thud over her chest. It's wild.

"I don't know if you're like this to everyone. But I want you to know that I like you very much, Y/N. I have a feelings for you."
