23. Caught

Your PoV

I woke up as something made me pull out of slumber. I rubbed my eyes as I opened the light beside me after feeling a sudden strange atmosphere.

As I did that, I noticed that Tzuyu wasn't in her bed. My heart immediately jumped out of me and I rushed to check the bathroom but it's empty.

I had a bad feelings that she went out so I immediately went out to check the surrounding.

I decided to go at the ground floor of this building and check if she went there but I didn't see even her shadow.

As I'm turning worried to her, someone called me unexpected.

"Mom? Why are you here?"

"I'm supposed to be the one asking you. It's in the middle of the night. Why are you out by this time?" She asked.

I told her that Tzuyu was not in her bed. The last time I talked to her is her wanting to leave this school. Mom immediately understood that I can't help but to think that she left the school.

"Wait, why are you here?" I asked mom again.

"I got a report from an anonymous student. The guidance officers are also on their way."

"On their way where?"

Mom told me to come with her. We walked in the fire exit door of this building. Usually, no students uses this since there's an elevator. I can't even remember the time I used this.

Mom did something which I didn't expect. She just made a hole that fits a person inside. But not just that, there's a way that leads to end of this place.

Mom walked in as she also helped me to get inside. We walked in the darkness and not so long, my eyes saw the most unbelievable thing that I could ever seen in my entire life.

"What the hell us this place?" I mumbled.

I looked around and immediately caught Tzuyu. While Mom walked straight in the center, I made my way to Tzuyu who's standing in the crowd.

"Tzuyu!" Her eyes was fixed in the center stage as if she never witnessed anything like this before.

"Tzuyu let's go!" I called and immediately dragged her out where we entered. She's still not responding not until we came out of that place and I tapped her face. She's so shocked and it's obvious.

"W-what was that?"

"I don't know, but mom and the guidance officers are on their way. You can't be caught up in there." I said.

She's still looking where we exited as if she's wondering something big.

"Tzuyu! Tzuyu are you listening?!"

"The people in there... They weren't normal."

"What?!"

"T-the students inside! They weren't normal, Y/N! They have powers! They are using it with each other!" She exclaimed as she emphasized every single word she said.

It was a big a news to me that there is place like this where students are free to use their powers as if they won't hurt each other by that. But what is not a big news to me is the students power. But it seems shocking for Tzuyu.

"Y-you... Are you like them too?"

I frowned as I didn't get what she meant exactly. I was about to answer her when someone came out of the hole, panicking.

It's not just someone, it's Jihyo, including Jeongyeon, Sana,Mina, and Nayeon.

"Y/N? What are you doing here?" She asked with visible annoyance in her tone.
