Restoring The Blue Eyed Wolf.

Chapter 11.

Kurt's POV.

Crap, I'm so nervous. Since these three months have passed, we've gotten the pack grounds fixed and got things more organized. Now that it's all slowing down I have something big planned for tonight.

During these three months I have fallen deeper and deeper in love with Cassandra, to the point that I plan on proposing to her tonight. I'm so nervous because I'm scared I'm going to mess this up and make a fool of myself.

As Alpha and Luna we are already mated forever, but I want to make it official. My dad did the same when he met my mom. After only a few months of getting to know each other, he made things official by presenting her with a ring he made himself.

My mother loves it so much, she gave me that same ring to give to Cassandra and said it was time to pass it down. My mother loves Cassandra and for that I am very thankful.

I dressed in a suit and made my way down the main staircase to see Cassandra waiting for me in a beautiful royal blue strapless dress. It looks gorgeous on her. She had her hair all done and it came down to her shoulders in loose curls.

She even had on some make up. It looked beautiful, but as I always tell her, she doesn't med make up for me to think she's pretty. I will fully love and support her no matter what she decides to do or wear.

" Well don't you look handsome. " says Cassandra.

" You look gorgeous Cassandra. " I say.

A small blush lingers on her cheeks. " Thank you. " she says.

I hold out my arms for her to take, which she does gracefully. " I had a room set up for us. I know it's not the most fancy thing, but this room holds a special meaning to it and I wish to share it with you. " I say.

She smiles. " Lead the way. "

" Yes ma'am." I say.

I lead her in the direction of the room. We went  down a small staircase and to the furthest corner of the pack house. " This room has remained a secret to the pack. Only known by the families of the three in command. It's special to me because my mother used to take me here whenever I was upset as a child. It always made me happy. " I say as we make it to a door.

I open the door and she gasps as she sees all that's inside. It's a secret green room. It's been growing here for years and no matter how hard we tried to stop the plants from growing they just kept coming. So my dads parents finally decided that instead of trying to get rid of the flowers, they would let them thrive and take care of them.

Inside there were many different plants and flowers. We even had a special plant that is very very rare. If used correctly, it can temporarily stop the effects of Wolf Bane. It won't get rid of it, but it can help. It's only helped one person before, but she had to take a small amount of this plant every two weeks and make it into a serum that she could drink. She passed away before I was born because the Wolf Bane was too much for her.

It scares me to think that if Conner hadn't healed Amber. She would be in that girls position until the Wolf Bane killed her, if the serum would have even worked at all.

I shake my head to rid myself of those thoughts and watch as Cassandra walks over to some flowers and marvels at their beauty. " This room has always grown flowers. We tried to get rid of them once before, but they were back the next week. So we decided to let them thrive in this room. Mother and I take care of these flowers. So I figured you would love to see this room. " I say.

" It's so beautiful Kurt. " she gasps. " Is that what I think it is?"

She's looking at the Wolf Bane temporary cure. " It is. We haven't the plant every month. " I say.

" Wow, I've never seen one in real life. I read books about all types of plants growing up. This is amazing Kurt. " she said.

" I'm so glad you think so. " I say.

I'm getting more and more nervous. It's almost time for me to present her with the ring. We walk over to a bench we had placed in here long ago and sat down. Above us we had placed a little wooden roof because sometimes the plants would get wet and drip down on us. After we placed it here, ivy started growing around it as well as rose bushes.

Cassandra sits and looks up at me confused as to why I wasn't sitting down myself. Well, here goes nothing. " This room has always been special to me and I hope this room will always remain special to you. " I say.

I pull out the ring from my pocket. She spots it and gasps. Her hands going to cover her mouth in shock. I go down to one knee and present the ring. She has never seen it before because my mothers kept it in a very safe place she it didn't get ruined whenever she needed to shift into her wolf.

My father didn't have a diamond of anything for the ring, she he made the jewel out of a very strong glass and had a small bit of a rose placed inside. It was and still is my mothers favorite flower. It was a very rare colored rose. Royal blue to mate her dress. That's why my mothers helped her get dressed today.

Cassandra is actually wearing the same dress my mother did when she was proposed to. " My father made this ring many years ago and gave it to my mother. She decided that it was time to hand it down. I know it isn't much, but I love you so much as I want to take our relationship a step farther. Would you do my the honor of becoming my bride? I can't imagine my life without you. Cassandra, will you marry me?" I ask formally.

She looks at me with love and care. Crap, my hands are shaking. She moves her hands over mine and smiles. " Yes, yes I will marry you. " she said.

I grin and slip the ring onto her wedding finger. She hugs me tightly. " I love you too Kurt. Thank you for making this room so special To me. " she did.

" I would do anything for you. " I say.

" I know you would. " she then closes the distance and seals our love with a kiss. This night has been the most special night to me that I could have ever asked for. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with this beautiful woman, my wonderful mate.
