Forever Bound PT1

Summary:

Zim is trying to court Dib without telling him he's courting him. Craziness ensues.

Ever since the Dib worm became interested in dating, Zim's been acting weirder than usual. It all started, when Gretchen came up to Dib and asked him if he'd like to hang out with her after school.

"Zim needs to leave!" Zim shouted decided to bail school all of a sudden.

"What? Why? Hey!" Dib shouted confused, "Maybe another time!" Dib chased after Zim.

Zim heads to his house, "Hey! What you think your doing skipping school like that! We can't keep doing this!" Dib complains.

"Zim is going to destroy your planet." Zim smiled at him.

"We had a truce! Come on!" Dib groaned, "Why now?" He complained.

"Because Zim is bored..." Zim explained.

"Don't just blow up my planet every time you're bored!" Dib protested.

"Than entertain Zim!" Zim declared.

"What??? Ugh... I guess we can watch a movie or something?" Dib groaned.

They headed to Dib's room to watch movies as Zim picked out the horror ones and got scared and clingy to Dib.

"Seriously this stuff scares you?" Dib frowned.

Zim cling to him tightly shaking, "Ghost are scary." He shook, "Zim doesn't want to be alone!" Zim protests.

"You have Gir and your robot parents." Dib rubbed his face in annoyance.

"They can be possessed by the ghost." Zim cried and Dib wanted to tell him everyone technically can be possessed, "You hunt this stuff for a living right? Or used to! You know how to deal with it. So Zim will be safe with you." Zim tells him and Dib couldn't argue with him.

"Alright you can stay here." Dib sighed.

Zim looks around the room and looks at the bed, "Uh... Zim sleeping in bed with you?" He asked.

Dib tried not to blush, "You can sleep on the floor or in the chair if you want." He explains.

"No Zim stay close to Dib so ghost kill him instead of Zim." Zim clings to Dib again shaking.

"How lovely." Dib groaned, "I need to go take a shower and get changed. Stay here than. The house has an anti ghost shield you'll be safe if you stay inside the house." He lied and Zim let's him go nodding.

Dib goes take a shower as Zim shyly takes off his Irken shirt, gloves and shoes. He rubs his eyes wanting to take out his contacts, but last thing he needs is the other humans of Dib's family to see him out of his disguise. He wrapped himself in the blankets and sniff them. They smell like Dib. They make him purr in happiness as he starts rolling around in it and blushed at the realization what he's doing.

He hides under the blankets blushing like crazy. He calms himself down as he lays down and thinks about his reaction to Gretchen trying to steal his Dib away. He wants Dib's focus to stay on him.

"Oh Irk... Is this... the desire to be life partners I feel?" Zim asked himself softly touching his chest, "And with my nemesis too!!!" Zim nearly shouted rolling around on the bed.

"Zim?!? Are you okay in there?" Dib asked as he decided to cut his shower short and dry his hair and body off.

"Uh... yeah... sorry." Zim starts twirling his wig and whacks his hand growling at it.
