-Ending: Don't Want To Be Alone-

It's like time stood still for the Irken. He couldn't breath again. The shadows were lurking from the fences, the vehicles, to near by buildings lurching at him and engulfing him instantly. This time his body trembled. This time his composure faltered. This time Zim heard himself croak out in distress.

"ZIM?!?" Dib called out and Zim was plunged into darkness.

Trap.... The whole thing was a trap... That would lead to his death. His erase. His name. His existence gone completely. Not even the forbidden apple of being tallest could make his attention tear away from that fact.

"Dad!!! Dad please help! There's something wrong with Zim! I think he's having a seizure!" Dib screamed in panic.

Zim wanted to claw his throat out for air, but then remembered he doesn't need air and tried to relax. It was as if he was a tv turning on and off. One minute there's flashes of color and movement that his brain can't comprehend than there's darkness an empty void, which only freaked him out more.

"We should call the hospital." The Professor explained looking like a blur of white.

"No dad! You can't! He can't uh... he doesn't have health insurance or anything..." Dib was struggling with situation as he actually don't want to expose Zim for once.

"Gaz! Help me out here?" Dib begged looking like a blur of black.

Gaz sighed deeply, "Hospital are stupid dad and unreliable... They are more likely to get Zim killed than you are." She explains looking like a blur of purple swirled in black.

"Alright! I'll do what I can!" The white blur swore.

"I'll help too!" An orange sherbet color mixed with white proclaimed.

"Zim... I'm here... Zim..." Dib tried to hold Zim's hand.

The professor gets to work, but it's obvious that he's completely confused by Zim's anatomy and not as helpful as Dib would like him to be, but at least he's trying.

Zim clings to Dib's hand as if it's the only thing keeping him steady. He's struggling with himself to stay awake making the seizure a lot worse than it needs to be.

Dib was crawl on the floor of his house practically trying to gently stroke Zim's face as he held his hand, "You gotta relax Zim. Just breath! In out! In out! Focus on my voice! It's okay! Nothing is going to hurt you! Just relax!" Dib's voice is shaky with worry as he tries to stay calm for Zim and himself.

Dib carefully moves Zim to his side instead of his back like his dad explained to him. Dib takes off his trench coat to fold it up and lay it under Zim's head. He still holds Zim's hand and calls out to him trying to get him to relax.

Zim is more focused on Dib's voice. It's calling out to him in the weird flashes of color and darkness. His scent is stronger as if closer. Zim finds himself even if it's subconsciously trying to get closer. The darkness seemingly less scary, because he can just follow Dib's voice and get out of it. Zim starts to slowly relax. He's dazed and confused as the world felt like it went from spinning out of control and trying to drag him under to joltingly still.

"Zim.... It's okay. I'm here. It's okay." Dib repeated himself as if that was going to work.

Zim managed to keep his eyes open though everything is jarringly out of focus and it hurts to look at. He squints back the pain a few times, before trying to open his eyes again. He recognized the familiar surroundings of his rival's house. He could feel Dib's hand intertwined with his and though he was comforted by it, he was also embarrassed.
