Two years after the Florpus....

The green alien paces in frustration in his living room. His black latex boots squeaking across the magenta and beige tiled floor.

The giant purple tv with dark purple screen dialing an unknown number only to explain it's unable to connect.

"Search for Armada's location!" The alien's voice is shakier than normal.

The computer screen once again explains that the Armada can't be found. Location is unknown.

Zim screamed and howled a terrible inhuman shriek and clawed his crimson gem like bug eyes only to hug himself in laughter.

It didn't matter anyways... It just be another report of another failed plan anyways, but....

Two long earth years of not being able to contact them...

Zim feared the worse and he didn't want to know if it was true. He didn't know if he could handle the truth.

Four... that made four tallest death's at his hand now and countless Irken's at his hands.

"I bet an Irken has never done that before! It must mean I'm amazing!" Yet even that thought did little to comfort him.

"Call... Irken home world." Zim's voice whispered unsteadily as slowly gets up to stare at the screen.

He had to know... Even if it destroyed him. He needed to know.

On Irk the new tallest Ammar was trying to get the research department up and running and sighing as he took note of all the enemies they created and the people they've enslaved. It was suffocating and his resolve is constantly at war with himself.

He's a scientist... Not an invader. Destruction and enslavement didn't agree with him.

"We have so much to learn from them all... we don't have to do this." He thinks in pain and yet would anyone else think the same as him or comply.

Destruction. War. Invasion. It's all their species knew anymore.

For the time being, he's focusing on searching for the Armada and keeping Irk hidden and prepared for any surprise invasions.

A team of researchers are working hard on studying the Florpus. Checking the likeness the Armada survived and trying to judge where in the universe the Armada might be. Hell Ammar wouldn't be surprised if the Armada flew into a completely different dimension or in universe than their own.

"Inter dimensional space travel! Only the Irken are amazing to achieve such a great achievement!" He assured the troops as they weakly agree as they don't have the will or foresight to defy him.

Not that he took this position as a way to inflate his ego or to boss everyone around. The surprise tallest meeting made them all freak out and scream in panic. He volunteered and the brains decided he was tall enough to be a tallest as he was just slightly taller than the others, but not obviously tall like Red and Purple.

He felt like this was a duty only he could fill. Though everyone knew the history of Irk from their paks, he would often be curious to try and see if there was history unrecorded by the paks and study it and keep it recorded.
