There is a chess board. It's sitting in a neatly organized clean room. There's a soft lilac carpet that smells of sandalwood incenses. Two giant plush pink fuchsia recliners sit on either side of the grey metallic table that's bolted into the floor. The board is chocolate themed with dark purple brown and yellow banana marshmallow tiles. It sets perfectly centered on a stiff black foam mat to keep it from sliding around. The pieces are either lightly sky blue or creamy orange with an exception of a single single multicolored pawn.

The bird nest shaped bed hangs from three inches off the floor from a steady silver metallic chains and is hot pink in color with fuchsia pink blankets and pillows. There is an ancient looking dark grey monitor hooked up to dark chocolate purple, dark purple, and blue multi colored alien wires, plugs and connectors. The screen is default purple even when turned off and set on an even older perfectly preserved wooden reading desk with moving keyboard shelf. The desk had a handmade black charcoal colored star map that was burnt into the wood.

The walls were steel blue colored, but wasn't polished enough to reflect decent quality reflections. The doors were dark purple, with dark chocolate purple trim and blue accents and lines. They were automatic and their tinted windows scan the person that stands in front of them, before they ascend into the door frame disappear from sight until the person or people are inside.

Right now the fuchsia pink with hot pink tinted window was inactive as a single being sat in the fuchsia chair that had the creamy orange pieces on the board. On the other side of the table a large circular machine with multiple lenses for eyes and various wires hooked into the opened ceiling was scanning the board with fuchsia pink and hot pink lights as it made quiet hums and soft beeps.

It's blue pieces are mostly gone as the machine had rushed into battle as the opponent toyed with them even letting nearly all their pawns become new pieces to keep things interesting.

It's lenses turned red as the dark purple machine with dark purple chocolate trim and blue accents seemed to quicken it's whirling sounds and make more aggressive beeping noises.

With a light chuckle the Irken that was the brain's opponent spoke up in the Irken's natural chirping, grunts, growls, and harsh alien language that sounded more like random primitive noises.

"I told you. You're being to impatient. I get it... You've been patient for so long. You want to rush in and finally get everything you want, but that's only going to lead to mistakes and problems." The tall humanoid green skinned figure with droopy long black antennas and obsidian eyes with hints of specs of red and orange colors of molten lava replied in a very soft manner for normal Irken.

"Why do you mock me!?!? Just end the battle! It is clear you have won! In fact you could have won so many turns ago!" The brain spoke telepathically as it's machine body communicated with whirling and beeping.

"It's not about winning. This game is about getting to know you better." The Irken with obsidian eyes looks deeply into the fuchsia pink and hot pink lenses of the machine that hosts the alien brain.

"You already know me better than anyone else will ever know me." The brain reminds him.

"True.... Our link between us does give me a clear grasp on you as a being...." the Irken sighed deeply a he slouched in his chair a bit.
