        It was Christmas Eve and Adam decided it was probably best that they don't go to the family festivities. Since Connor was a little disappointed. Adam and Chelsea decided to take him ice skating
Adam arrived at Sally's hotel room. Sally opened the door all excited
"Come in, come in"she said as she pulled him in quickly
"What is it, what is going on"he said in a panic
"Nothing is wrong"she reassured him "I was getting ready and I noticed"she turned to her side "I know it looks like a food baby right now"
Adam smiled at her he loved how excited she got "We both know it's our baby" he placed his hand on it
"Our baby"she smiled
Adam pulled her into a kiss. Sally deepened the kiss.She started pulling his jacket off him. Adam deepened his grip on her. Sally moved down his neck
Adam pulled away a little "Babe, I where this is headed but we can't or we will be late"he told her
"For what"she asked still continuing to kiss him
"Remember we are all spending the day together. Taking Connor ice skating and hot chocolate
Sally stopped and placed her head on his chest "Oh I forgot" she groaned
Adam laughed a little and held her "It's okay just finish getting ready then we will go meet Chelsea and Connor" he kissed her head
Sally got out of his hold "I'm actually going to have to meet you there"she told him
"Oh why"he asked
"I'm going to stop by Chloe's"she said as she grabbed the rest of her clothes
"Why are you going there. Did she finally come around"he asked
"No"she shook her head "I thought maybe since it's Christmas she'll be nice"she went into the bathroom
"Then I'll come with you"he said
"It's probably best if you don't"she stuck her head out
"You're right"he said
"I won't be long, go spend time with Connor." She kissed his cheek "Walk me out"
"Sure"he said as he helped put her coat on
They went to leave stopped her
"Wait"he said
"Adam I'll be fine"she reassured him
"I know that's not why I stopped us."he pulled her by her coat "I wanted to do this"he said as he kissed her
"Thank you"she said as she wiped lipstick off him

Sally knocked on the door. Kevin answered
"Sally, Merry Christmas"he greeted her
"Merry Christmas. I came by to drop off gifts for the kids"she told him
"Come in"he took the bags from her and let her in
"Who is it"Chloe hollered
Kevin walked in with Sally behind him
"See for yourself" he told her
Chloe looked up and gave her a look "What are you doing here"she asked
"I came by to drop off gifts for Bella and Myles
"Thanks, anything else"Chloe took a sip of her wine
Sally looked at Kevin
"I'll give you two privacy"Kevin said and left
Sally came over to her and sat across Chloe
"Can I offer you some wine"she said "Oh wait you can't" she said in a snarky tone and sipped again
"I know you are made at me and you have every right to be"Sally told her
"I thought we were friends"
"We are Chloe"she said
"Friends don't keep secrets Sally, and you kept two big secrets from me"
"With good reason Chloe. We had to hid us to get the company. And I knew you wouldn't approve of it. And the baby was a complete shock to us, we knew we couldn't tell anyone. Hiding it from you was tough but because I knew how you felt about Adam you would never be happy for me"Sally said crying a little
"So why are you even here, if you already know how I feel"Chloe asked
"Like you said, we are friends. And I miss you"she told her
Chloe looked away
Sally took that as it was time to go "Alright I see where I stand with you. Merry Christmas"Sally said and got up and left

Chelsea, Adam and Connor were at the ice rink. Chelsea was watching Adam and Connor skate. Adam fell causing Chelsea to laugh
"Connor you can keep skating. I'm going to go take a break"Adam said skating over to the bench
"Are you okay"Chelsea asked still laughing
"Yes, I'm fine" he told her
"So where is Sally"she asked as she watched Connor keep skating
"She is meeting us later, she went to see Chloe"he said
"Ya I heard Chloe wasn't happy with her"she said
"It's all because of me"Adam told her
Chelsea smiled and patted him on the back "You know how Chloe is"
"I know, but with baby Sally is gonna need her friends"
"I'll be fine Adam"Sally said coming up to them
Adam turned around "Hey" he kissed her cheek
"Hey, Merry Christmas,Chelsea"Sally smiled
"Merry Christmas"she smiled at her "And don't give up on Chloe she'll come around"she told her
"Thanks" she said
Sally waved at Connor. Chelsea decided to give them a minute alone
"I'm going to go join our son" Chelsea said

Adam pulled Sally in front of him and held her
"I take it, it didn't go well" he said as he rested his chin on her shoulder
"No,she's really mad I lied about everything, the company, the baby, us "
"I'm sorry" he whispered
"Sally watch this"Connor yelled for her
"Awesome job"she told him

Later they all were at Crimson Lights for some hot chocolate
"Sally you missed Dad falling. It was so funny" Connor laughed
"I bet it was" Sally patted Adam's cheek "Your father isn't very graceful" she laughed
"So Sally how is everything, with the baby"Chelsea asked
"Everything is good. We have an appointment after Christmas"Sally smiled at Adam
"Did you two find a house yet"she asked them
"There is one, that Connor picked out"Adam told her
"Ya it's so cool Mom. There is even a indoor pool"Connor got all excited
"Wow that does sound cool. Well I hope you guys get it"Chelsea told them
"We should probably get going and get ready for tomorrow"Adam said
"Yes, I'll see you tomorrow morning"Chelsea said
"You're coming to Dad's"Connor asked
"That is the plan, but it's his night with you. So you have fun with your Dad"
"Sally you coming by"Connor asked her
"I can if it's okay with your Dad"Sally asked
"Of course it's okay"he smiled
"Awesome, can I ride with Sally then. I mean since she didn't get to skate I want to spend time with her"
They all laughed
"That's fine with me. I'll see you both at the apartment" he kissed Sally
Both Sally and Connor left. Adam smiled at Chelsea
"You'll bring his big gift tomorrow"Adam asked
"Yes, I'll see you tomorrow"she told him
"Merry Christmas Chels"

Sally was driving back to Adam's
"Did you like my cover story"Connor asked
"Yes I did"Sally laughed
"Thanks for taking me to get Mom and Dad's gift"he said
"You're welcome"Sally smiled at him through the rear view mirror. Sally then noticed headlights she was curious so she called Adam on speaker phone
"Hey, question are you behind us"she asked
Connor looked back
"No why"Adam asked
"I think I'm been followed"she told him
"Okay where are you"Adam asked getting cautious
"On Roseville"she told him trying to keep her eyes on the road and the car
"Okay, I'm a couple streets over"he informed her
The car sped up
"Adam it is after me"she started to panic
"Sally stay calm. Can you pull over anywhere. Like a parking lot"he suggested
"No there's no where yet" she said then gasped "Adam it's Derek" she told him
"It's gonna be okay. Just keep driving until you see a safe space"
"Connor"Sally said worried for him
"I'm okay Sally"he told her
The car sped up more, then hit the back of her car. Causing them both to scream
Adam got really scared after hearing them"I'm almost there, I'm gonna get get off and call 911 for you. Then I'll call back"he told her
"Adam ... I love you"she started crying
"I love you too Baby" it broke his heart hearing her cry "Connor I'm coming okay I love you" he hung up
"Connor"Sally's voice was breaking "I need you to do something okay" she dis
"Okay what"he asked.
"We don't have much time. But when I stop I need you to pretend you are in your video game.And I need you to jump out okay"

Sally closed her eyes and let the tears fall "We'll be fine. I need to keep you safe. So I need you to do this okay"she told him
"Sure"he said crying
Sally saw the opportunity and swerved a little "Okay 1...2...3 JUMP" she yelled
Everything after that happened so fast.Adam saw Connor jump out into the snow and not a second later he saw Sally's car get struck
"SALLY" he screamed
