Later that day Adam walked into Tucker's office.Tucker looked up from his computer
"Did Sally give you the message"he asked
"Yes, and she wasn't happy with me"Adam said as he sat down
"Oh, did she not know about this"
"I didn't think I would need you so I never told her. And when I told you to go ahead with it, I didn't know at the time she was telling the person she was pulling out of it"
"Oh boy" Tucker sighed
"Ya, my only goal with doing this was protecting her. So I don't regret asking you" he told him
"You really love her"Tucker said
"I do"Adam smiled "Loving her comes so natural and I don't know what I would do if I ever lost her"he paused "So you taking over for us is gonna keep her and my family safe"

Sally was in her office rearranging her schedule so she would be available on the 15th. Chloe came in
"Why did I get an email about our meeting being changed"Chloe asked
"I had something come up, so I needed to move it"she told her
"Oh okay" Chloe said
"I also want to talk to you about you working on the new podcast" Sally informed her
"Oh I thought Derek was working on that"
"He was but I think you a a better.."Sally paused
"A better what"Chloe asked as she looked at her friend "Hey are you okay, you look a little green"
Sally nodded "Ya I'm good" she said trying to fight the nauseous feeling "I think you'll be a better fit for it"Sally took a deep breath
"Alright , just send me the information on it and I'll look it over" she told her
"I will do that"Sally smiled
Chloe nodded then got up and left. As soon as the door closed, Sally threw up in the garbage can
"Okay nugget you and me need to have a little chat. It will be really nice of you if you didn't make Mommy sick at work" Sally let out a little laugh "People don't know about you yet. As a matter of fact they don't know I'm still with Daddy" Sally placed her hand on her still flat stomach
"You know what let's call him"she said

Adam working when his phone rang he smiled when he saw it said Siena
"Hey what's up" he asked
"Are you available tonight or do you have Connor" she asked
"No Connor is with Chelsea tonight. Is everything okay" he was concerned
"Everything is fine, we need to discuss things regarding nugget" she told him
Adam started laughing "I'm sorry Nugget" he questioned
Sally laughed "It's something I just called and if someone heard me say" she looked around "B-A-B-Y" she whispered "Everyone would start questioning"
"It's cute, I like it"
"So tonight " she asked
"Yes, I'll be there at six, is that good" he asked
"Sure sounds good"
"Okay see you then, love you"
"Love you too Kansas"she smiled

Sally was leaving her office when Derek came up to her and it startled her
"Ahh Derek you scared me"she placed her hand on her chest
"Oh I'm sorry I didn't mean to. I just wanted to bring you the figures for this week"
"Okay thanks, I'm actually leaving for the day. So I'll look at them in the morning" she told him
Derek looked at his watch "So soon it's not even five"he questioned
"Ya, it's been a long day and I'm exhausted"
"Alright then I'll leave these on your desk"
"Sounds good. I'll see you in the morning. Have a good night" she said then walked away
Derek stood there and watched her leave

Adam knocked on the door but there was no answer.So he used his key. When he opened the door he saw Sally was asleep on the couch. Adam walked over to her and brushed the top of her head
"Hey Sleeping Beauty" he said softly and kissed her forehead
Sally slowly opened her eyes "Oh I'm sorry" she said as she sat up
"It's all good" he told her as he sat down and bringing her into him so she could lay on him
Sally wrapped her arms around him "So your baby is causing trouble for me already and it's not even hear yet"
Adam looked down at her " Oh so since it's a trouble makers it's automatically my baby."he said
"Yea" she said
"Why is it a trouble maker"he asked
"Well little nugget here is causing me to throw up at work" she said
Adam kissed the top of her head "Hopefully that will pass soon" he told her
"I hope so because try hiding us is one thing. But hiding the baby is a whole new thing"
"I know and it won't be long before you won't be able to to hide it anymore"
"Don't remind me" Sally started crying"
Adam pulled her up so she was looking at her "Hey what's wrong" he asked
"This is not how things were supposed to go. This secrecy is overwhelming at times now that it's involving nugget here"
Adam was wiping her tears away "I know, maybe once Tucker finalized things we will be able to be us again. And then we can be us again"
Sally nodded
"We just need to be very careful for a little while longer"he told her
"I don't want to do this alone Adam"
" You're not going to have to I'm gonna be with every step of the way"he said and he pulled her into him and held her
" I love you so much" she said softly
"I love you too" he kissed the top of her head "I love both of you" he added
Sally smiled up at him. She moved closer and captured his lips with hers. She then moved down his chest, she looked at him "What do you say we go take a shower together"
"I say we could totally use a nice hot shower" he smirked
Sally smiled "After today yes we could, let's go"
Adam picked her up causing her to giggle and ran into the bathroom
