{Roman}
...And those are some good ways to memorize your monologues due next week, good question. Moving forward before I let you go

Roman clicks a button on a remote, his previous slide on a slideshow changed to a new one

{Roman}
I will unfortunately be out for your next class and won't be able to respond to any emails starting when school ends until I can do so on Monday. I am getting married this week

Roman's small group of Drama students were so happy for him, asking if they could have pictures for when he comes back. Roman smiles, agreeing that he'll share some photos for when he comes back

Roman waved his students bye when he let them go, he left the theater and went to the art room. His fiancé, Virgil, sat at his desk sketching when Roman came inside

{Roman}
Hey Butterfly, so happy that you aren't having a class right now

¥Virgil¥
Honestly, same. Have you told your class yet?

{Roman}
They were so excited, I guess they have because I definitely told them way too much about my social life outside of me being their teacher. But they were happy for us

¥Virgil¥
My kids were equally excited but thankfully did not set of my sensory issues, I did not want to hear screaming after the kids used the airbrush and pottery wheel

{Roman}
That's good, us being husbands is happening in a day. You happy? Nervous? Both?

¥Virgil¥
Both. Mostly there's fear of our marriage being objected to during the ceremony, but also what are we going to do with my extended family? I thought that we made ourselves clear that they weren't going to make a huge deal about everything for our wedding but they just had to comment about stuff then they complained about it

{Roman}
I have an idea, I know just what to do with them, don't worry

¥Virgil¥
Okay, thanks. I just don't want them to be intruding into our special day so that they can make everything about themselves

{Roman}
I understand, Butterfly

Roman checked his phone, seeing that it was lunchtime. Virgil stood up from his chair, him and Roman held hands as they went to the cafeteria. They ate and talked over lunch in Virgil's classroom. The couple then got ready to go early since both didn't have classes at the end of the day, they got their things and left the school together

Roman drove them to the venue. On the way Roman called Janus, Virgil's cousin, man of honor, and owner of the venue, so that he could deal with their extended family. They arrived with Janus following suit after a few minutes, seeing that things for the wedding were being taken down in favor for gaudy and tacky ones instead. Janus noticed that Virgil especially looked to be angry that his extended family were 1000% behind this, he immediately went into the venue to find and confront his extended family members

Roman quickly drove himself and Virgil over to get something to eat near the venue, sympathizing with his fiancé that Virgil's extended family should not have been able to change their plans. But he reassured him that Janus is able to handle them and properly throw them down multiple flights of stairs. Virgil nods, starting to feel better especially when Roman gave him some kisses on his forehead

Eventually, Virgil got a text from Janus saying that he managed to kick their extended family out and ban them from attending unless they wanted to get fined. The text was followed up by another one saying that the planned things for the wedding were fortunately saved so they are getting reinstated in the venue

Roman and Virgil returned to the venue, seeing that their ideas for the wedding were all placed correctly. Virgil thanked Janus for dealing with their family

The following day, the wedding went very well with no extended family to barge in. Roman and Virgil got plenty of photos to share with their students when they returned, to which they were given excited reactions and a congratulations
