Once Anzu left Hinata asked "Now then what kind of food are we going to do?" "...I'll let you guys decide it. I'll just do my part in making the song." Shiro said. "Huh? You already have an idea?" Ren asked. "...iiya but since it's a food of war I plan to make a food related song." Shiro said.
"Makes sense well then let's break the roles to make the process easier. First up we need to know what we're going to make." Yuta said. "I have a few ideas! Seafood boil, Dango, Mochi, Omelette, Motsunabe!" Ren said.
"...All denied. Despite how easy it looks it's quite hard to make. Do you have any idea how long it's going to take to make it?" Shiro said with a sigh. "Uhhhh...." Ren said as he looks away. "Ahaha Ito-senpai do you have any ideas on what we should make?" Hinata asked not forgetting about Ito.
"E-Eh? U-Ummm...Maybe....Curry Don...?" Ito said. "Curry don? That may be a good idea!" Ren said. "Nii-san is curry don hard to make?" He then asked. "...No it's doable. We can try this." Shiro said. "Yosh then let's get to the next step. We need to get ingredients. Nii-san please~!" Ren said.
"....Oi oi don't just dump everything to me. But well I'll write the recipe for it. After that I'll leave the shopping to Ren and Hinata." Shiro said. "Oh already breaking the roles? As expected of Shiro-senpai!" Hinata said. "...Stop with the flattery. I just don't want to waste time." Shiro said with a sigh.
"...While the two of them are shopping I'll make the song as soon as possible. From there Ito and Yuta will do the choreography." He then said. "O-Okay....!" Ito said. "Yes sir!" Yuta said as he salutes.
"Well then since we got our roles let's start right away!" Ren said. "Ooooooh!" The rest except Shiro said. Shiro then quickly wrote down the ingredients needed and gave it to the shopping group so they could get started.
Ito and Yuta then head out to a studio to do a draft of the choreography while Shiro went back to this room to do the song. Meanwhile the shopping group head to the nearby shopping centre to get the ingredients.
"Now then the ingredients Nii-san told us to get...." "....Huh? It's lesser than I thought." Hinata said as he looks at the recipe as well. "Well since Nii-san is the cook so we should believe he knows what he's doing. Let's trust his judgement." Ren said. "Ahaha Ren-kun you really love your brother!" Hinata said.
"Of course! He's the best brother out there!" Ren said with a smirk expression. The two then continued to joke around while finding the ingredients. A while later they were done so they paid for it. Then they headed back to NewDi to keep the ingredients until the day itself.
While the two are talking while walking they suddenly heard a voice. "Huh? Ren and Hinata?" The two turned behind to see Mao and Souma. "Ah Sally-senpai and Zaki-senpai! Good morning!" Ren said.
"Umu good morning. I see that you bought some stuff from the shopping centre." Souma noted as he saw the shopping bags. "Eh? Ahhh this is...." "....The ingredients for the upcoming ES Food of Wars?" Mao said for Ren.
"Yep. Are you two participating in it too?" Hinata asked. "Yeah we are. Starmaker Production and Rhythm Link are sending Trickstar and Akatsuki as a team." Mao said. "Eeeeeh that sounds unfair. Your side has 7 members but we only have 5." Ren said.
"Haha don't worry. I'm sure the admin team will do something about it to make the competition fair." Mao said. "And then? Are you two doing the shopping?" Hinata asked. "Indeed. We were tasked to get the ingredients for the food we're making." Souma said.
"I see. Then we won't pry and ask for more. We're gonna keep ours as a surprise for when the day comes so we'll excitedly look forward to yours too!" Ren said. "Good choice. It's not good to tell your opponent everything after all." Mao said.
"Well then we'll take our leave here. We don't want to keep our team waiting. See you!" He then said. "Hai. See you soon!" Ren said as the two went to their respective paths.
