Chapter 115: Switch's History

At the backstage the members of Elysian and Switch are resting after the live. "Phew! Otsukare-sama! That was a great live!" Ren said. "True. Shiro-kun gave us the song just in case we're sinGING for the enCORE but I'm glad it didn't go to waste." Natsume said with a chuckle.

"......" "K-King? Is something...wrong?" Ito asked. "....No it's nothing." Shiro replied. "Oh yeah Nii-san!" Ren said. "...What?" Shiro asked. "Make sure to get some rest today! You made two new songs and even made changes to Inner Dignity. I don't want you to faint from exhaustion so once we go back to ES go rest." Ren said.

"....Fine." Shiro said. "Huh? How rare. For you to simply accept it. Not to mention you sounded a little tired. Umm are you okay?" Tsumugi said surprised. "...Ah? Don't talk like you know me well. We've never really talked to each other." Shiro said.

"Hai I know. That's why when there's time I want to know more about you! Besides we're friends aren't we?" Tsumugi said. "... No we're not." Shiro said. "Eeeeeh?! Why?!" Tsumugi said. "Haha oh right after this let's all go out for an after party!" Ren said. "...Whatever happened to me having to rest after this?" Shiro asked with a sigh.

"...Fufu...Ah....S-Sorry Ren-kun...I think...I want King to rest....for now..." Ito said. "Is that so? Too bad. But true I did tell Nii-san to get some rest so I suppose we can do that another day." Ren said. "Hihi! Sora will look forward to that day!" Sora said. "Me ToO. When that day coMES we should make it memorable." Natsume said.

"We can't let Sora go back with a sad expreSSION after all." He then said. ...I've thought about it for a while but Sakasaki really likes to spoil Harukawa. Kinda reminds me of myself but with Ren. Shiro thought. "....Sakasaki." "...Hm? What it is Shiro-kun?" Natsume asked.

"...How did Switch came about?" Shiro asked. "Huh? What's with the sudden question Nii-san?" Ren asked. "...iiya just curious. I know Sakasaki was part of The Five Eccentrics and Aoba was part of the Old Fine and that both units were enemies so I kinda fail to see how you two were able to be in a unit together." Shiro said.

"...Fufu. You're reaLLY sharp Shiro-kun. True I would norMALLY not care about Senpai and if possible I would want to kill him, reVIVE him and kill him aGAIN." Natsume said with a smile. "...?!!!" Ito and Ren was shocked to hear that. "...But Senpai was reaLLY persistent on wanTING to be a unIT with me. What's more it's right afTER the War." Natsume said with a sigh.

"I felt bad for making Natsume-kun suffer by choosing him as the last Eccentric back then so I wanted to make amends by being in a unit with him. Of course at first Natsume-kun refused." Tsumugi said. ...Well of course he would. Shiro and Ren thought as Shiro sighed and Ren thought with a sweatdrop.

"...Umm...A-And then? What happened...after that?" Ito asked. "...Eventually I aGREED. On a whim. That's how Switch was first formed. I didn't know the eXACT reaSON as to why Senpai chose that name but I didn't quesTION it yet. Then a year later Sora joined and we beCAME a new Switch." Natsume said.

"...And then? In the end why did Aoba named the unit Switch?" Shiro asked. "One of the reasons is that Natsume-kun and I used to go to the same Dance Academy. So I wanted to try a sports like feeling for the unit. That's what S in Switch stands for." Tsumugi explained.

"Another reason I wanted to switch Natsume-kun's mood. It was after the War after all so it was no wonder Natsume-kun would be in a bad mood." He then said. "Hmph who's faULT do you think it was?" Natsume asked. "...Hai it's me. I'm really sorry..." Tsumugi said with a sad face.

"But a year laTER when Sora came and joined Switch the meaNING of the name changed. We beCAME a group of magicians, or witCHES who aim to bring smiles to everyONE." Natsume said. "...I see so it was Aoba's persistence that first led Switch to exist huh?" Shiro asked.

"That's very interesting! We didn't ask so we don't know much about other units' history but hearing how Switch was formed was quite eye catching! Normally I would want to ask about the War but I know it'll be bad for those involved so I won't ask for more details." Ren said.

"Fufu. Good choice Ren-kun. I don't ever want reminisce the times where this idiot's unIT was traSHING The Five Eccentrics." Natsume said with a sigh. "...Old Fine huh? I do know that Aoba, Ran Nagisa, Tomoe and Tenshouin-san are in the unit." Shiro said.

"Ah I know that too! Tenshouin-san was the leader was it?" Ren asked. "...I-I think...that wasn't right..." Ito said. "...Oh you mean that fake anGEL? BeLIEVE it or not Takasaki-kun is right. The leaDER for that unIT wasn't him. It was Senpai right here." Natsume said. "...Huh?" Both Ren and Shiro said surprised.

"Hai! Senpai was the actual leader for the past Fine!" Sora said. "...Well I'll be damned. Aoba you're the last person I expected to be the leader of the Old Fine." Shiro said, still slightly surprised. "...Ahaha...I know I don't look like it but it is true." Tsumugi said.

"Haha we sure learn something new everyday!" Ren said. "If we're done talKING how aBOUT we head back to ES now so Shiro-kun can get his rest?" Natsume asked. "Sora agrees!" Sora said. "...M-Me too...." Ito said. "Then it's decided! The after party we'll do it another time so let's go back to our dorms!" Ren said. "Oooh!!/O-Ohhh...." Ren, Sora, Tsumugi and Ito said before the six of them walked back.
