A few days have passed since Shiro decided to create a new song. He has been isolating himself and locking himself away from his dorm mates. At the Seishou Hall Shiro can be on the table and writing the lyrics on the paper. However he is writing it aggressively with a more exhausted expression on his face.
Not to mention he looks super stressed out. The tea cups that Shinobu left on the table hours ago have already gone cold with not a single sip gone. “…No not this one. This won’t reach anyone.” Shiro said as he crushed the paper he was working on and threw it into the bin near him.
...Damn it! I've done so many drafts yet I can't decide which one is the best to make from. Ahhhh ahhh I'm so damn tired I could faint any moment. But I can't stop now. This is just a way to distract myself after all. The moment I stop is the moment I can feel myself getting crushed again. “....Let’s go on to the next one.” He then said as he restarts on a brand new paper.
On the outside of the dorm, the door is slightly opened and Ito can be seen peeking at what his King is doing. K-King…He’s totally focused on making the new song. But….it seems like…he’s having a hard time… Ito thought as he sees the amount of crushed papers Shiro has thrown away. They’re mostly in the bin or on the floor.
….You’re not going in? Shadow asked telepathically. I-I don’t think it’s a good idea…I want to help but…I don’t want to disturb his work…I feel like…he’ll yell at me for it. Ito said. ….Yeah won’t be surprised if that actually happened. First the scandal, then the loss against Divine Verse SQUAD. Now this. King can’t seem to take a break can he? Shadow asked.
Ito said nothing as he looked at Shiro with concern. He stayed that way for another 5 minutes before deciding that was enough and he headed back to his dorm. Meanwhile back at Yumenosaki Academy it's currently lunch time as Tetora and Tsukasa went to Ren's class to have lunch together.
"Is Shiro-senpai still thinking about the new song he wants to make?" Tetora asked. “Unfortunately yes. He has been writing on his 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 non stop and each time I see him his face will always look more tired than the previous one.” Tsukasa said with a sigh.
“…He’s obviously overworking himself. Damn it. I get that he’s frustrated about our loss but that doesn’t mean he has to work himself to the bone just so he could try and overcome the scandal. I swear that guy is going to collapse from exhaustion eventually.” Ren said with a sigh.
“It’s my first time hearing Shiro-senpai in this state. Is that what people call a slump?” Tetora asked. “Mostly likely. After all he really does seem to be stuck on what to write even though he usually writes lyrics fast.” Tsukasa said. “Ren-kun is it possible to somehow make your brother rest?” He then asked.
“If there was a way I would have done it a long time ago.” Ren said with a sigh. “Guess that’s a no then.” Tetora said. “Not to mention he’s really stubborn. Ugh that damn brother really wants to suffer by himself. He takes too many responsibilities it really annoys me sometimes.” Ren said.
“Ahhh just great I’m impersonating Misaki from the drama Abyssal Hunters were doing.” He then said with a sigh. “Ahaha….” Tetora said. “In any case I’ll try my best to let Shiro-senpai 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘅 a bit once we head back.” Tsukasa said. “It’s not going to be easy but yeah I’m counting on you for that.” Ren said.
"But let's not think about heavy stuff for now. We have a time limit for lunch after all. Let's eat first and continue talking after school." Tetora said. "Sure./Hai!" Ren and Tsukasa said respectively as the three continued their lunch.
