"I feel the same way as Older Hanagaki. No matter how much fame or radiance I gain, it is meaningless if it's not tied to my name. But even so 'Kazehaya Tatsumi' has certainly achieved results. In that case maybe I should learn from that." Kaname said.

"I should throw away my foolish pride so i can achieve my success. It's all about becoming the shining idol I dream of." He added with a sigh. "Haha. If you wish I'm happy to help anytime. I provide job referrals, idol training and learning opportunities for free here. Not only that I'll pay those who participate in these gatherings." Tatsumi said.

"What do you mean?" Kaname asked. "I have no interest in money so all the money I earn as 'Kazehaya Tatsumi' is distributed equally among all my teammates who gather here. And regardless of how much they've worked or how helpful they've been everyone is paid the same amount." Tatsumi said.

"In return I ask them to help with my work as much as they can." He added. "Excuse me? You are paying them? Shouldn't it be the other way round? They should be paying you since you're the reason they can even step into the spotlight, right? Why are you paying them?" Kaname asked.

"Well, that's why I compared it to a company. Everyone who becomes a part of 'Kazehaya Tatsumi' receives an equal amount of fixed salary. It's only fair. They should be paid what they deserve for their work. I'd never exploit people without paying them. That goes against my principals. It also goes against humanity." Tatsumi said.

"Ahhh so that's why the others would rather stay working as 'Kazehaya Tatsumi's helpers' instead of going solo. Because it is easier, and they could earn more with that fixed salary then they would as relatively unknown idols working independently." Jun said.

"....Plus since Kazehaya-san is so capable every project has been a big success. No failure, no harm, no feelings of uselessness, just the blazing glory. What a dream-like company, a stupid dream." Shiro said with a sigh.

"Moreover you are paying those who aren't working right?" Kaname asked. "Hai. We strive for fairness and equality here, no room for discrimination in that regard." Tatsumi said.

"Hm I'm not very knowledgeable so I'm not sure if I'm using the right terms but uhh you know....we live in a capitalist country so what you're doing is quite the opposite of that." Jun said.

"It's not something so grand. I just want everyone to be treated as equally and fairly as possible. Isn't that what they call an ideal? And I want to make that ideal a reality. I want everyone to be treated equally and to gain opportunities and fair compensation." Tatsumi said.

"That way all of us can live a happy and fulfilled life. Inequality and unfairness are the roots of all evil, the source of all misfortunes. Hence I must make it right. There's a huge gap between the honored students and the non-honored students at Reimei Academy right now. I aim to bridge that gap as much as I can." He added.

"Despite our various activities, belief, or social statuses, I believe in treating everyone equally. We will shoulder the same burden, walk the same distance and reach the same destination. We will reach the goal together and due to this fairness and adherence to our ideal everyone will be a winner." He then said.

"That's the only way to prevent fighting over victories and to avoid jealously or resentment. It's a way for everyone to share in the same happiness. That is the ideal world I dream of. So I'm determined to make it a reality with the resources I have at hand. Although right now it is limited to what's around me-" He continued.

"Someday I will change the honored students, the teachers, and the entire Reimei Academy, I will eventually change the idol industry, this country and the entire world

"Someday I will change the honored students, the teachers, and the entire Reimei Academy, I will eventually change the idol industry, this country and the entire world. Into a promised land it should be." He then said.

"I was born into a family devoted to God's teachings and I feel that my mission in this world is to serve as the spokesperson of God. This faith is the guiding principle of my life. Amen. May all living beings find happiness." Tatsumi said.

....Firstly Kazehaya-san the way you say things is too misleading. Just from what the hell you told us I am already skeptical. 'I will eventually change the idol industry, this country and the entire world'? Don't get too cocky, Kazehaya Tatsumi. Who the hell do you honestly think you are?

Second, won't the lazy ass people take advantage of your equality? They don't have to work yet they earn the same money as those who actually worked hard. How on earth is that even fair? Ugh what a drag. I swear I am so glad I'm not part of this cult. Ain't no way will I let myself get influenced. Shiro thought.
