"Destroy ES Academy!" Koga said from the stage with the mic. "Destroy ES Academy~" Ritsu said from the stage also. "Go to hell ES Academy!" Koga said. "Go to hell ES Academy....?" Mayoi said. "Hey your voices are too damn low! Are you even trying!? Let it all out! Frustration, resentment straight from your soul! Rock-'n'-roll!" Koga said.

"I don't think that'll help. I'm just s here tagging along you, Corgi. Honestly most of the people here opposing ES Academy probably don't even fully understand what they're getting all riled up about." Ritsu said with a sigh. "Hmph. That's fine for now. ES is always sneaky hell. They decide or change everything before anyone even knows what the heck is going on." Koga said.

"By the way we figure it out it's too late. The world's already unrecognizable and we're just standing there dumbfounded." He then said. "Reminds me of when ES was first established: zero explanation and all the rush." Ritsu said.

"Exactly. That's why I'm here challenging how ES operates! Got it, long-haired bean sprout over there?" Koga said. "Long-haired bean sprout? You mean me?! That sounds weirdly nutritious!" Mayoi said. "Uhh...I-I'm not actually against the concept of ES Academy...." He added.

"Ah? Then why are you even here?" Ito asked. "Hiiii?!" Mayoi said in shock. "Shadow-kun it's not good to come out all of a sudden." Ritsu said. "...I got no choice you know? Ito is still quite sad about the situation." Shadow said with a sigh.

(P.S. How Ritsu and the others knows about Shadow will be implemented in the future chapters)

"If Takki is opposed to it then does it mean you're against it too?" Koga asked. "...I suppose? I mean my goal was merely to protect Ito so I can't simply just leave him alone. I'm technically him after all." Shadow said.

"...Anyways back to what I was saying to Ayase." "Hai?!" "We've booked this timeslot in the auditorium for the opposition faction to protect ES with a live show." Shadow said. "...And if you knew that and still came up on stage doesn't that make you one of us? Am I wrong?" Koga asked.

"N-No that's not it! It's just...when I've got nothing to do after school. I like to hide in the ceilings of the auditorium or training rooms and watch others practice." Mayoi said. "Oh right I did find you up there. I thought you were just shy so I dragged you down to the stage by force. You'll get used to it after experiencing it once." Koga said.

"I-It's not like I'm completely new to this or anything..." Mayoi said. "Hmmm said a sec you're from ALKALOID right?" Koga said. "...You just find out who he is now?" Shadow whispers with a sweatdrop. "You guys are the most obedient ones in ES. No way you'd openly rebel against how ES runs things." Koga said with a sigh.

"Even though you also come from rock bottom you're nothing like Trickstar." He then said. "P-Please don't compare us to those incredible idols...we've only ever crossed paths with Trickstar during the SS Qualification Round. And that was enough to make us realize just how overwhelming they are." Mayoi said.

"Hmph. They're oddly quiet this time though. Maybe even they have decided to grow up and stop acting like spoiled brats now that we're about to graduate. Blockheads." Koga said. "I wonder. From what I've heard Hidaka is trying to get everyone in Class A to side with him. What's more Trickstar is currently in division due to their opinions on this." Shadow said with a sigh.

"Besides you're always so quick to blow up Corgi~ Every time you just act on reflex. I guess people are still confused right now including Trickstar." Ritsu said. "Hah! That's why I'm her to whip those drowsy idiots into shape! This whole thing is weird I tell you,. Everyone's Judy letting it slide because it's too big to wrap their heads around." Koga said.

"Big issues are hard to grasp after all. It's tough to understand something you can't even fully see. But if we get caught up trying to figure out every big thing, disasters, wars and all that, it'd eventually break us down." Ritsu said. "Corgi are you seriously picking up on my brother's bad habits?" He then asked with a serious face.

"If so I'll stop you even if it means you'll hate me." He then said. ....Sakuma is serious about this. I've always seen him as the lazy and sleepy type so seeing this side of him sure is new. Shadow thought. "Hah! What a noble thing for a love-starved attention seeker to say." Koga said with a smirk.

"Corgi you're my friend and technically I owe you a favor. You've made this dull boring day more entertaining. We are more loyal than humans in that sense you know. We honor our agreements our promises. Isn't that right Mayomayo?" Ritsu said. "Eh? Huh? Uhh? Sorry I'm not sure what to say...!" Mayoi said.

"Ahaha what a typical image of a gloomy introvert getting cornered by cool kids and delinquents." Ritsu said. "By the way your name's Ayase right?" Koga asked. "Ah hai. My name is Ayase Mayoi." Mayoi said. "Is that so? If you're not part of the opposition then this isn't your business. You can go now just make sure to stay out of our way." Koga said.

"That's right. Right now Corgi's like a mad dog. He's ready to bite anyone and everyone. You'll get dragged into some messy trouble if you get too close." Ritsu said. "Yep. ALKALOID is seen as the rising star in ES so that's all the more reason not to poke your nose into unnecessary things. People and the higher-ups tend to brush off rebels like me calling it 'just the usual'. But for good kids like you? Even the smallest mistake could make them mad as hell. Thinking that you've betrayed them." Koga said.

"People love a story about a delinquent saving a stray kitten in the rain but when it's a good kid doing it? Tsk not nearly as charming~" Ritsu said. "Yeah. Being a goody two shoes comes with its own challenges. Not that I feel sorry for you. Still you guys are doing great right now. So don't think messing it up by getting involved in this." Koga said.

"Hai....Then uhh excuse me..." Mayoi said. "Yeah bye. We'll be using this auditorium for our protest for a while so steer clear until things settle down." Koga said. ...So kind. They're surprisingly considerate. But ES would label anyone who opposes its decision as a bad kid or delinquent and punish them. Those kinds of people are no exception.

Then ES would erase any signs of rebellion and create a polished perfect world. But that would be a cold lifeless utopia built entirely for ES's convenience. ALKALOID aside someone tainted like me would never fit into that world.

That's why I can't drag ALKALOID down with me. Especially Aira-san and Hiiro-san. They still have a future ahead of them. They'll be here long after I graduate. Ahh I just hope they can truly breathe in that ES Academy. Isn't that what a school should be, a place where students can grow freely? Mayoi thought with a sad face.

[Welp. Going to rush the draft later cause I have not started yet 😭]
