A while later Ren's job finally ended as he head back to ES. The moment he enters the room he lay down on his bed and sighs. "Ren-kun? Are ya okay? Ya look really tired." Ren turned to his right side to see Mika. "Ah Kagehira-senpai." Ren said as he stood up from his bed.
"Good work out there Ren-kun!" Mika said. "Hai thank you very much!" Ren said. "Ya must have it tough today. Ya also have unit practice tomorrow right? Get a warm shower an' rest well kay~?" Mika said. "...Ahaha sorry for worrying you. I'll be sure to do that now." Ren said as he heads out to shower.
As he is outside he sighs and thought. Ahh ahh I really don't feel like doing anything right now though. Then again I'll be sweaty if I don't shower. What a drag. I'll head out for a bit before showering. I may have done today's job well but my head is in a mess. I'll go see the night sky for a change of pace and hopefully I'll feel better.
He then steps out of the building and to the garden. "...Oh there's a lot of flowers here. Sunflowers, Lilacs, Tulips and even Carnations. I bet it's even more pretty in the morning haha." Ren said. "Huh? The Onii-san who looks like Shishou?" Someone's voice called out.
Ren turned to see Sora. "Harukawa-kun? What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be in bed right now?" He asked. "Hihi! Sora just felt like going out so he secretly went out while everyone else is asleep!" Sora replied with a smile. "Ahaha what's with that? Trying to be sneaky now hm?" Ren said.
"That's not it. Sora just wants to come out here that's all. But that's also Sora's line. Why are you out here alone in the night, Onii-san who looks like Shishou?" Sora asked. "...Onii-san who looks like Shishou...? Well I guess I do look like Sakasaki-senpai...but I don't like to get called like a doppelganger so just call me Ren instead." Ren said.
"Sora don't really get it but he understands! He'll call you Ren-chan san from now on!" Sora said. "...Haha you're a really interesting guy, Harukawa-kun. I've never been called that before." Ren said. "Hihi! Sora just wants to get closer to everyone so he gives everyone a nickname is possible!" Sora said.
"Besides Sora wants to know about Ren-chan san right now. Your color doesn't look so bright so Sora thinks you're having some troubles and he wants to help you!" He then said. "...Huh?" Ren asked. ....Colors? Does he mean he can see others' soul colors? Isn't that what they call Synesthesia? He thought.
"Hm? What's wrong? Is there something on Sora's face?" Sora asked as he tilts his head. "Eh? Ah it's nothing. Was just wondering how you're able to do that." Ren said. "Hihi! Sora is able to do this for a long time! He can tell when someone is suffering based on the colors and he don't want to see their sad faces. Sora is a magician who brings smiles to others after all!" Sora said.
"Now that you mentioned it...Switch is a magician themed group. Wanting to make others smile with your magic huh? Haha that's a great goal to have." Ren said. "Ha ha! Thanks for the compliment! But that's not the point right now. Sora wants to hear Ren-chan san's troubles so please tell him." Sora said.
"Ahaha...guess I can't run away huh? ...Ne Harukawa-kun. Will you listen to what I say?" Ren asked. "Hai of course! That's what Sora is here for!" Sora said. "Haha thanks. You see recently we have been doing our own jobs and weren't able to do activities together and today I was tasked to be in a radio show." Ren said.
"Hai Sora knows! He listened to it after all!" Sora said. "Oh you did? Thank you! I would like to hear your thoughts but that's for another time. The problem is that during break I heard some of staffs there talking about Nii-san and how the radio show went great because I'm his younger brother. Oh by Nii-san I mean Hanagaki Shiro. He's the leader of our unit and if I'm not wrong he was part of your team during the Christmas Live." Ren said.
"Hai! Sora remembers! Sora and Shishou introduced ourselves to him before!" Sora said. "Is that so? Well that person is my Nii-san." Ren said. "I didn't know you two were siblings. Sora is learning new things every day!" Sora said. "Haha well we don't look alike after all. Anyways back to what I was saying I was kinda frustrated." Ren said.
"Frustrated? Ren-chan san do you hate the Tiger Onii-san?" Sora asked. "Eh? Tiger Onii-san? Ah if you meant Nii-san then no. When I said I was frustrated I didn't mean him. I meant the part I was recognized as his younger brother. I just didn't want to be known that way." Ren said with a sigh.
"I see so Ren-chan san wants others to know who he is as a person instead of just a sibling?" Sora asked. "Yep that's about it." Ren said. "Hmm Sora doesn't have a sibling so he doesn't know how it feels. But Sora can guarantee that even Ren-chan san has something he is good at!" Sora says with a smile.
"....Haha I wonder what it is then. Even I don't know my own strength. I mean I have been living under Nii-san's shadow for a long time after all. I want to show something even I can be proud of but I don't know what I'm good at." Ren said with a groan.
"Sora advises not to rush now!" "Huh?" "It's not the end of the world so please take your time to find out what you're truly good at! Sora will also help as much as he can! We're friends after all!" Sora said. Friends...even though we only just met today? Haha Harukawa-kun is really an interesting person. Ren thought.
"Thank you Harukawa-kun. I feel better now." He then said. "You're welcome! Sora is happy if Ren-chan san is happy!" Sora says. "I better shower now before I worry my roommates." Ren said. "Hai! Well then good night, Ren-chan san!" Sora says. "Yep. Good night Harukawa-kun." Ren said as Ren head back to ES for the shower.
