Chapter 165: The First Fated Clash

Another few days passed as the day of the match finally arrived. The three members of Elysian head to the stage wearing their Inner Dignity outfit. While walking to the stage Ito took a glance at the two brothers. He saw that Ren still looks a bit upset and Shiro looks really tired for some reason(Just imagine Shiro's face to be like Kunigami Rensuke's after he survived the wild card).

As they reached the stage they stopped as they saw three people in front of them, with their back facing them. Upon hearing footsteps behind, the person with purple hair turned behind to see Elysian.

"Ah Shiro-kun! Ren-kun! Long time to see!" The person said with a smile. The other two people who are with him turned also. Immediately one of them, their eyes lit up excitedly. "Ren-kun, Shiro-kun, Ito-kun! I'm so happy I get to meet you again-dazo!" He said.

"...Long time no see. Umm Kurogiri, was it?" Shiro asked. "Hai that's me-dazo!" Rensuke said with a smile. "...Eeeeeh you greet Rensuke-kun yet you ignore me?" The person with purple hair says. "...That's cause unlike Kurogiri-san we're not here to play around." Ren said with a sigh.

"Oya? Is that a sigh I hear? That's kinda unexpected. To think I would one day hear a sigh coming from your mouth." The person with the purple hair said. "....Enough with the jokes Yuugiri-senpai. We don't have the time." Shiro said. "....Both brothers trying to shut me down? How boring~!" The person known as Yuugiri said.

....Yuugiri-senpai...w-which means...he's Yuugiri Reo....the former leader...of Celestial... Ito thought. Reo took a glance at Ito and saw him staring. "And you are Takasaki Ito-kun correct? I've heard about Elysian." Reo said. "...E-Eh?! Y-You know...about me....?" Ito asked.

"Of course I do. After all I was there when you performed Inner Dignity." Reo said. "...I told him many times it's a waste of time because we had a dance lesson on that day but he just wouldn't listen." The other person with the red ponytail hair says with a sigh.

"You can't blame me I just want to see how the brothers were doing. I didn't go back to Reimei Academy so the least I could do is see one of their performance." Reo said with a pout. "...Haaaa sorry about this guy. He's always carefree and goes at his own pace. Oh and my name is Hisoka Noa, a second year student at Houseki Academy." The person known as Noa says.

"....Hanagaki Shiro." "Hanagaki Ren." "...T-Takasaki...Ito...." "....Damn short intro? Really? Not what I was expecting but it is what it is." Noa said. "Anyways that aside let's have a good match. We won't hold back so you better not hold back too." He then said.

"....Don't say the obvious. Just because we haven't seen Yuugiri-senpai for a long time doesn't mean we'll go easy on you guys. We won't back down so easily, Divine Verse SQUAD." Shiro said. "Haha nice words from you Shiro-kun. I see you have start to grow as a leader of your unit." Reo said.

"...But sadly for you Divine Verse SQUAD is not easy to beat. Get prepared to be crushed under our feet. I don't give a damn about the scandal and it won't make me hold back on you." He then said with a smirk. "...Bring it on." Shiro said. Just then they heard someone said.

"Hello everyone! Thank you all for coming to this battle between Houseki Academy's top unit, Divine Verse SQUAD and New Dimensions rising star, Elysian!" The MC said as the audience screamed. "Now I know you guys are worried about the scandal since it involves one of the members there. However do forget about that for the time being and just enjoy the show!" He added.

"Let's first have Elysian on stage shall we? Elysian please take it away!" He then said as the members of Elysian appeared on stage. Unsurprisingly no screams were heard. The audience looked really hesitant and mumbled among themselves as they saw Shiro on stage.
