"Money? Is money the answer? If I use all the resources of the Himemiya family to buy out Yumenosaki Academy could I reverse their dumb decision?" Tori asked still very much upset. "Bou-chama. It is my duty to strongly caution against such reckless spending." Yuzuru said.

"If that's what it takes I'll do it! I'm being serious!" Tori said. "Do you really want to go down in history as the heir who squandered the family fortune on an emotional whim?" Yuzuru asked with a sigh. "Yuzuru whose side are you even on?!" Tori asked.

"Now now...everyone as Isara-dono suggested let's all calm down." Souma said. "Indeed you're getting way too worked up Tori-kun. Honestly I really don't understand why you're so angry. Isn't this just a matter of Yumenosaki being renamed to ES Academy or something?" Shinobu said.

"Just the name? Do you really believe that? You commoners are too naive!" Tori said. "Ah it's almost nostalgic seeing you look down on us commoners like that all high and mighty, Tori-kun." Shinobu said with a smile.

"What exactly are you feeling nostalgic for?! Listen to me! This is a huge problem! All idol training schools across the country including Yumenosaki will be absorbed into a new institution under ES's management called ES Academy. In other words they're being bought out and turned into subsidiaries of ES." Tori said.

"And what do you think will happen to us?" He then asked. "Uhh what exactly? I don't feel like anything would change since Yumenosaki already follows ES's lead most of the time." Shinobu said. "Indeed. Yumenosaki and other idol training schools have basically already become subsidiaries of ES." Yuzuru said.

"Even yesterday's White Chocolate Fes was heavily influenced by ES, which is why it was quite different from our traditional Repayment Festival." He then said. "Honestly I think that was better....Just thinking about the Repayment Festival still gives me stomach cramps. You have no idea how relieved I was when everything ended on a peaceful note this year." Shinobu said.

"So what?! You guys are totally missing the point here! Listen, once Yumenosaki and other idol training schools fall under ES's control they will lose their independence entirely! Everything from interior design to class curriculums even school rules will be dictated by ES and we won't even have the right to complain!" Tori said.

"That's what it means to be ruled! What it means to have the ruler changed, have the management taken over! Don't just brush it off as 'just a name change'! You have no idea what this really means...!" He added. "I see. I understand why you're furious now. It's because there's a chance the school rules might change right?" Yuzuru asked.

"Exactly. Thanks to the former Student Council President, Eichi-sama, we hold significant authority. We've been able to shape the rules to our advantage using them as both a weapon and a shield. In essence this makes the student council the true ruler of Yumenosaki. Still I imagine the administration is struggling to come to terms with this situation."

"So far the Yumenosaki administration hasn't really cared as long as they continue to profit. They're incompetent sure but harmless. ES, on the other hand is different. They're aiming for nationwide dominance after SS. Right now they're probably the most powerful for-profit organization in Japan."

"Do you really believe the executive team ES sends in will be composed of kind and underside people who respect our independence? No way. They'll destroy the student council because we're in their way." Tori said as Mao kept quiet. "Even if we're not outright disbanded our authority will be severel limited. We'll become nothing more than a puppet organization just following orders."

"We'll lose our backbone our soul. Under Eichi-sama, the student council was a revolutiona force, a beacon of hope that uprooted corruption and nurtured students' dreams. It was nothing short of a miracle. But ES, ES Academy, the new ruler, will never allow any kind of revolution like that to happen again."

"They'll strip is of our power and reduce us to obedient pets. I fought so hard to win the election and become the Student Council President. This position was never meant to be hollow of meaningless. I've always wanted to be the real successor to Eichi-sama."

"I want to lead Yumenosaki as the kind of president he once was. But if things keep going this way I'll never be able to achieve that dream. I'll have nothing but a meaningl title, or not even that. I'll just be a fake Student Council President. I won't even inherit anything from Eichi-sama. That's why I'm frustrated and angry." Tori said.
