Chapter 119: Scattered Opinions

"So that's what was going on! That's horrible! I'm on your side Himemiya! No one should be pushed around by the whims of adults!" Chiaki said. "Ahh you understand how I feel Morisawa-senpai? I used to think you were just a simple-minded idiot but I might have to rethink that!" Tori said happy someone sympathize with him.

"Of course! I'm always on the side of troubled kids!" Chiaki said. "Don't treat me like a child! I'll get mad!" Tori said. "You're so hard to handle aren't you?!" Chiaki said. "Oi you guys. The green room is pretty soundproof but keep your voice down. Shouting too much will ruin your voice before you even get on stage." Jin said.

"I'm not some worn-out old man! I'm young so even if my voice is shot, a throat lozenge will fix me right up!" Tori said with a 'hmph'. "A worn-out old man really has no rights huh?" Jun asked with a sigh. "Haha. Sagami-sensei is an experienced veteran entertainer and a legendary super idol. You should listen to him Himemiya." Chiaki said.

"What side are you even on Morisawa-senpai?" Tori asked. Just then they heard a knock on the door. "Come in." Hokuto said. The door opened and there stood Ito and Shiro. "Oh if it isn't Hanagaki and Takasaki! You two are here to see us?" Chiaki asked. "...Not really. We're just here to give some refreshments so you can drink then after you're done performing." Shiro said.

"Hm? Hanagaki where's your brother?" Hokuto asked. "...If it's Ren he said he's got work to do. Also he said he's pissed at ES for making such a decision and he doesn't want to accept it." Shiro said. "Haaa I'm glad I have an ally at least. But how about you two? I won't accept it doesn't matter since I'm graduating as an answer!" Tori said.

"...I-I'm...a little...against it...U-Unlike Shiro-kun and Ren-kun...I have been here...since first year..." Ito said. "Ho? You're saying your true feelings out? You've gained confidence. That's good Takasaki!" Chiaki said. "Eh?! U-Umm...." "....Enough of that what about you Shiro-senpai?!" Tori asked.

"Shiro-senpai are you okay with ES trying to destroy our school so that they could get power?" He then asked. "...First of all ES is not exactly destroying Yumenosaki. They're just making changes to the school and the name for it. Although I don't completely accept what they're doing is right I don't really care either ways." Shiro said with a sigh.

"...In the end we're just powerless idiots who can only complain. Besides not all of us have power and are royal like you, Himemiya." He then said. "That's not the point! Shiro-senpai you traitor! You're my enemy from now on! Both of your teammates are against it why are you not following them?!" Tori asked.

"...Haaa seriously? Don't I have my own opinion? Just because Ren and Ito wants to keep the school off ES I have to follow them? In what law does it says so? Besides if you see everyone as either a friend or an enemy you'll just make more enemies for no reason." Shiro said with a sigh.

"Mhm true. That's not a good habit to have." Chiaki said. "Hmm but exactly is this ES Academy? I imagine it must be a real shock for everyone." Hokuto said.

"Aren't you part of ES's P-Association Sagami-sensei? Have you heard anything about it?" He then asked. "I'm not really motivated so I don't show up there much. You can't drink and smoke in the ES building. It's kinda suffocating. I think the world should be a little kinder to useless people like me." Jin said.

"So you admit you're useless. Why not try making an effort to improve yourself?" Hokuto asked with a sigh. "What's the point? My life is already centered around slacking off anyway. Skill for kids like you with bright futures it's natural to feel anxious when your environment is about to change. Yeah." Jin said.

"This is the first time I've heard about this ES Academy too. However I did hear rumors about a similar plan. It seems like ES is seriously aiming for world domination. They want convenient pawns, employees, livestock. Whatever you call them. They just want to efficiently 'produce' those things so it makes sense that things are going this way." He then said.

"As part of their grand scheme they probably want to reshape all idol training schools nationwide to suit their needs. Or rather Yumenosaki got caught up in the 'big tide' of ES dominating the country." He added.

"I already know that! The problem is that the student council might get wiped out during the process! I worked so hard to win the election and become the next Student Council President!" Tori said. "Oh? I don't know much about what's going on inside Yumenosaki these days since I'm a graduate and all but is that what's happening?" Chiaki asked.

"I heard a rumour that our Sengoku almost became the Student Council President." He then said. "Yep. He was a real dark horse. For a while my position was pretty shaky. But honestly the time when we were all fighting tooth and nail for the student council presidency was better than it is now." Tori said.

"None of us imagined back then the student council itself might disappear." He then said. "It's not set in stone yet is it?" Chiaki asked. "It's pretty likely! If I were running ES Academy that's the decision I'd make! And if they have even a shred of competence they will too!" Tori said.

"A student council with actual power is just a nuisance for the adults." He then said. "Don't glare at me...I'm not speaking for the adults." Jin said. "If anything Sagami-sensei you should act more like a responsible adult." Hokuto said. "Adults are really just kids who got older. So don't expect too much from us or resent us." Jin said.

"You probably think every adult in the world is your enemy right now Himemiya but before you know it you'll be one of us too. So think of it as your own future and cut this worn-out old man some slack. Stop overworking me. I've got no motivation left. I'm talking to you. Morisawa." He then said with a sigh.

"But the world needs you Sagami-sensei! Or rather they need the legendary hero RYUSEI Rainbow...!" Chiaki said. "RYUSEI Rainbow?" Both Shiro and Ito asked as they tilt their heads. "Ugh what a hassle. That big project, uh, Super Villains? The one boasting about how all the legendary heroes are appearing?" Jin asked with a sigh.

"They even dragged me into it just because I once acted in a hero show." He then said. "It's an honor to co-star with you Sagami-sensei!" Chiaki said. "It's annoying to me. Because of that I've had to do promo appearances like this as part of Rain-bows." Jin said.

"Mhm. As members of Fine, Trickstar and RYUSEITAI, we are all supposed to be busy. But somehow the four of us happened to be free this time." Tori said.
