Lea walked out of her room and saw the table in the living room filled with all kinds of different foods. There was so much food there, that it could feed a whole family for a week. She was lucky that she lived in one of the richer districts but in some of the poorer districts like 11 and 12, people sometimes went a week without any food while the Capitol was throwing away and wasting so much food. She would never understand why life had to be this way. If the Capitol simply gave food that they would throw away to the districts, nobody would have to starve.

Tyler, Ella, and Louis were already sitting at the table when Lea sat down. "Where is Finnick, I thought he was with you?" Tyler asked confused. "Uh, yeah he was, he is coming, he had a small issue but he will be here shortly," Lea said awkwardly, she saw on Tyler's face that he immediately knew what he meant. A few minutes later, Finnick joined them. "Well, now that everyone is here, we can discuss the planning for the following week," Ella said. "In an hour, we will arrive at the Capitol and even though you guys are not going into the games for another week, the coming week will be very exhausting. After we arrive in the capital, you guys have some time to get settled in, use this time wisely to get some rest. Tomorrow night is the tribute parade and the three days after that you can use it to train and at the end of the third day, you will get an individual assessment. The day before the games, you will have to do a small interview with Caeser. I will let you talk with your mentors now for some advice." Ella said.

"Okay, guys, my recommendation is to not only practice the skills that you already have, even though it is not a bad thing to train them but also to focus on survival skills 'cause most of the time a fourth of the tributes is killed because of dehydration or because they eat or drink things in the arena that are poisonous. They will put many poisonous plants and maybe even rivers in the arena, only trust the foods and water that are in the survival bag in the cornucopia and the ones that you possibly get from sponsors." Tyler explained.

"Next important thing, getting sponsors, those sponsors could really make the difference between life and death. If you come across as desirable, you will receive many sponsors. So tomorrow during the tribute parade and the last day during the interview with Caeser, try to charm as many Capitol people as possible." Finnick said.

"What is your weapon of choice?" Tyler said.

"I'm quite okay with a spear, I have always used a spear while training in the academy. I'm not excellent, but more than good enough." Louis said. "I am pretty good with knife throwing," Lea said.

"Excellent, practice that, but also look into a backup weapon for when your weapon of choice is not in the Cornucopia," Tyler said.

"Another important thing to get off the table, you guys could ally with each other or you could ally with tributes from outer districts. You will be safe with the career pack, the career pack always makes it far into the games but they have the nasty habit of turning against 4 when the end is near. You could ally with them in the beginning but towards the end, it will be better to get away from them, whether that is alone or together." Finnick said.

"I would like to ally with you, Lea if you are okay with that, and maybe then we could see if the careers want to align with us?" Louis said.

" Yes, that sounds like a good plan," Lea said.

After dinner, Lea went back to her room but it didn't take long before Finnick came after her. Before she could say a word, he pressed his lips onto hers and she kissed him back. "Now, where were we?" Finnick grinned.

"We arrive in the Capitol in less than half an hour Odair, keep it in your pants." Lea laughed.

"I guess you are right, but that doesn't mean I can't kiss you right?" Finnick asked.
